Terrence is honest and hard-working human being and . My only disappointment is that he did not return to check and evaluate as he promised two weeks after installation despite my messages and the Sods were not laid on the leveled surface hence water stands by my house wall and foundation after rain and after irrigation which is not safe for my building. I asked I will pay for filling that area but he did not return. Now I am doing that myself. That is my only disappointment for not rating 5 stars. I wish him well for the next projects and recommend him to follow up as he promises his customers and keep the word.

Terrence handled my sprinkler repair efficiently. Most of the repairs were usual, however one sprinkler repair involved dealing with a massive tree root system. I was very impressed with the repair. In the future, if there is a problem with that sprinkler, it will be much easier to repair. He came on time, did his work diligently. I will use him again in the future. I recommend T&L Lawn Care.
