I left a message on his machine. I received a call within 30 minutes. She was very polite and told me she will call me back after I told her what I needed done. I received a phone call the next day.

Update 11/15: I had called TJ's and left a message on the machine. Not long after that, maybe a couple hours, she took the information she needed and passed it on to the men that work for the company. Bill called me back to discuss the railings. He said he needed to come down and see it for himself. He asked if I was going to be around on 11/16. He said that even though he isn't working, he said he could drop in and take some measurements. He gave me a time and he came down on a Sunday, just like he promised. He called to tell me that he was on his way. He took the measurements and says that he was going to present it Jerry, the owner of the company. He said he would follow up via email in a few days. Bill was very polite and he knows his work.

They prompt, quick and there was no aggravation. And, they did what they said. They told me how many days it would take and the number of hours it takes because they needed to dry it. They were right on as far as the timing and everything.
