I just want to start the review by saying Debbie is great -very professional. Our install did not go very well though. They were very very fast getting the date scheduled for install it was bit amazing - they fit us in with 24 hours notice. The install seemed sloppy though. Pieces of metal in our yard, discolorations on the down spouts and edges of the gutters; it appears to be scratches from the install. We had black down spouts due to the color of our house, I wish the gentleman doing the estimate would have warned us against it if this is a known problem. I feel that the gutters have taken away something from our home, the scratches make the gutters look warn and old. Debbie was very prompt and nice and told me someone would be out to paint the damage on Monday. I guess I am just concerned on how long will the paint hold up. I was hesitant to get the black due to concerns about fading and was reassured by the salesman that they have special coating and it would not fade. Based on the chips already present the salesman oversold the quality of the coating. Overall, I wish I would have not had the gutters installed. We wanted them to add to the home and protect it, not to make it look run down and unkempt. We will have to have them redone in the very near future, it was a waste of money.
Update: I am changing my review based on the conversation I just had with the rep sent to my home. They expect me to take a vacation day to walk them around the house. Poor craftsmanship and inconsiderate of your clients time. We have contacted another company to redo the gutters, I again have to say what a waste of money....

"We called the homeowner right away after receiving this review. We are extremely concerned that this customer did not receive his estimate nor did he receive a follow up call which is not a common thing for us. We want to make sure that our customers are always well taken care of. The customer informed us that he is still not ready to do that job yet and that he will be giving us a call back when he is ready."
