Tiger All Contractors Inc. Seamless Gutters

I had commercial gutters and the leaf guards installed to my home, and was pleased with the job they did. I also had a conductor box installed at the valley of my roof, and it collected quite a bit of leaves, and when I called Tiger All Contractors, they made a custom leaf guard for the conductor box. Gustavo and Steve were friendly and professional, and I would recommend this company for anyone that wants a great deal on gutters!

Tiger All is a top notch and professional company. They were prompt, clean, reasonably priced and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend their services as they did a fantastic job installing new gutters on our home. I was not home during the installation and this was not an issue with them. Upon my arrival home, I could not tell they were even there (except for seeing the great looking gutters!) as they were very clean. Excellent job Tiger All!!

They did a great job. It's only been three weeks but so far everything is working as expected. It was timely because we got a ton of rain from Hurricane Matthew.

I find the mark of a good company is how well they manage hiccups. My seamless gutters were installed by Tiger All. The house has a few unique angles and as a result, one gutter would overflow during heavy rains. When I reached out to Tiger All for troubleshooting, Debbie was always responsive -- and friendly. No one ignored my emails. Not once. Roger and Jose helped make adjustments until we found the perfect configuration. Couldn't have asked for a better product and customer service experience. I very much appreciate Tiger All's willingness to troubleshoot and find the perfect solution.

I will never recommend this contractor given the multiple issues we had and are still having. We contracted with Tiger to have gutters on the back patio area of our house replaced, along with the screen. The total estimate was for $1,150, of which $550 was for the gutters. I'm pretty sure they are over priced, especially for the screens which average was $60 for 10 panels. The job was scheduled and my husband stayed home to meet the guys doing the work. The guys were about an hour late and we never received any kind of a courtesy call letting us know they would be late. My husband tried calling to check status but couldn't not get through. Because the guys were late they could not finish the work the same day. Also the guys that came out to do the work said we actually didn't need to have our screen redone they could work around it. The guys came back the next morning to finish the job. We could not be home again to check their work before they left, so my husband inspected the work once we got home. The job was crap!! The gutters were cut incorrectly, they didn't install correct hardware, it was sealed incorrectly, overall a poor quality job. To top it off they left our property in a dangerous and dirty condition. In addition to the full exposed box cutter knife, we also found scraps of sharp sheet metal and sheet metal screws in our backyard, patio and driveway. We have 2 kids and 2 dogs. Had my husband not have done an inspection anyone of them could have been injured. Needless to say we were furious. My husband called to complain. After some back and forth he got an operations manager to come out, Larry. Larry inspected the work and agreed it was poor quality. Larry informed my husband that this was a custom job and the wrong team was assigned to perform the work. This was a Friday morning when Larry came out. Prior to him leaving he informed my husband that he would schedule the work to be redone completely by a the correct team. He would call before the end of the day and let us know whether the job would be done Saturday (the next day) or Monday. Needless to say we never got a call. My husband had to call Monday, left a message, to find out what the status was. He had to call again several hours later to find out why Larry had yet to call him. Larry finally called and provided a new date for the work to be redone. My husband also expressed that after all of the issues we have had that we did not want them replacing our screens, we would take care of that ourselves and that we expected some kind of adjustment to the estimate originally provided to account for the gross negligence and mishandling of this job. The work was finally done and is now what it should have been. We requested a new itemized invoice to show the work being done and the cost. The office kept sending us a modified version of the original with just writing showing a lump sum owed of $550. In fact the worker was told by Larry, to collect payment from us right after the job was done, knowing we wanted an itemized invoice and did not expect to pay the original price. Too put that responsibility on the worker was just poor management and unprofessional to us. We have made several requests for an itemized invoice before we will pay and all we keep getting is a modified version of the original hand written estimate. In fact, just today they sent us a new itemized invoice as requested and all it is, is the same right up as the original, on new paper invoice. It is a high level description with the original quoted price of $1,150 which was to include gutters and screens, now marked down to $550. All they did was the gutters and their original price for that was $550. This company has poor communication, clearly does not know how to manage jobs, they are negligent and lack professionalism for handling our account. We will never use them again. The only reason they are getting a "D" rating and not an "F" is because the work was done correctly finally.

I just want to start the review by saying Debbie is great -very professional.  Our install did not go very well though.  They were very very fast getting the date scheduled for install it was bit amazing - they fit us in with 24 hours notice.  The install seemed sloppy though.  Pieces of metal in our yard, discolorations on the down spouts and edges of the gutters; it appears to be scratches from the install.   We had black down spouts due to the color of our house, I wish the gentleman doing the estimate would have warned us against it if this is a known problem.  I feel that the gutters have taken away something from our home, the scratches make the gutters look warn and old. Debbie was very prompt and nice and told me someone would be out to paint the damage on Monday.  I guess I am just concerned on how long will the paint hold up.  I was hesitant to get the black due to concerns about fading and was reassured by the salesman that they have special coating and it would not fade. Based on the chips already present the salesman oversold the quality of the coating.  Overall, I wish I would have not had the gutters installed.  We wanted them to add to the home and protect it, not to make it look run down and unkempt. We will have to have them redone in the very near future, it was a waste of money.

Update:  I am changing my review based on the conversation I just had with the rep sent to my home.  They expect me to take a vacation day to walk them around the house.  Poor craftsmanship and inconsiderate of your clients time.  We have contacted another company to redo the gutters, I again have to say what a waste of money....

Great service by this provider.  We were given a exact quote with Angie's list discount.  The provider phoned a day ahead to confirm, then once again 30 minutes before arriving.  Took them almost the whole day too replace our house's gutters and add downspouts.  Very neat and precise work.  Very happy with this.  Thank you!  

Went okay, have had them come out on couple of occasions to adjust the angle of gutters for proper rain flow.  Roofing contractor noticed gutter in back was still not angled properly.  Roofing contractor who referred them to me, stated they would contact them and have them return to re-adjust my back gutter that was still not angled properly.  I have still not seen any change in the gutter angle since my roof inspection.  
I find the company a bit hard to communicate with.  They will install quickly, but when there is a problem they don't  hesitate addressing it in a timely manner.  I would use them again only because there is a warranty on my gutters.

From proposal to completion very well done.  Very pleased

It went fairly well.  The work that was done was good. The scheduling was a little bit goofy and the crew was a little mixed up, but I got them on track.

 Install or Replace Seamless Metal Gutters There was a slight issue when the gutters were installed but I contacted Amanda and Debbie and within 2 days they sent their project manager out to the house to repair it. Great customer service and they were prompt and professional.

The initial contact was excellent. call was answered, estimator showed on time, and gave a good estimate. Job was scheduled, but contractor called and left a voice mail that they were doing it early. I was out of town, called back and left voice mail asking to do it when scheduled. No call back, and when we got home the day after, the job was ...almost..done. One of the drains had been left half done. Tech came by the following Monday, I think and completed the job. with a minor exception, the work looks great, and have no leaks.

the young man came and walked the perimeter took measurements and recommended where i needed gutters and where i didn't.
i had chosen a color but it didn't look good when they brought it so the installer recommended another color and that worked out much better. Very pleased so far.
