EXCELLENT CRAFTSMAN. STUCCO REPAIRS MATCH EXISTING BRICK FACE, BOTH IN TEXTURE AND COLOR. WORK WAS DONE ON THE ESTABLISHED SCHEDULE AT AN HOURLY RATE; WHICH CONCERNED ME AT FIRST BUT MR. CARTER IS VERY HONEST IN RECORDING AND CHARGING FOR TIME ON THE JOB. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM FOR YOUR PLASTER AND STUCCO NEEDS.
