The Realty Medics

We have never been able to get a hold of them in a timely manner we rented from them they respond to you until you actually sign the contract and then you never hear from them again you have to leave numerous messages and emails they pride their self on taking care of the tenants which they do not ever

They are very slow with fixing things. I moved in and the home was stink. The drawers were dirty. I had to clean the home myself. My stove went out and I had to drive 25 minutes each way for food for days. They took a long time to repair my stove. I have small kids. They didn't reimburse me for my money I had to spend. They don't respond in a timely manner. The garage didn't work. They fixed it and then wanted me to pay them for the garage opener. I wouldn't recommend this company to my enemy. I was also supposed to move in on a Wednesday, they pushed the time back 2 days to add new appliances. I was just relocating here. So I had to stay in a hotel for 2 extra days. Once I finally moved in, the apppiances were not hooked up. This has been a nightmare. I just want out from this company. Good luck if you use them.

Work was done on schedule and we were very satisfied. There will be ongoing property manager duties.

The staff at Realty Medics were extremely helpful and very responsive to all my questions and concerns. I have used them for multiple home purchases and every one has gone very smooth. Perhaps you'll read our personal story someday, until then I will leave you with this simple truth: me and my husband can't thank Realty Medics and their professional, caring crew enough for helping us through some very trying times while stationed in Korea. We worried about our home we had under another management company. Realty Medics more than proved they were there for us. They were and have continued to be understanding and there for us every step of the way with outstanding service. If you want a company that serves professionalism with heart, does what's right for the right reasons, then you've found the right company to keep a healthy watch over the home you love.

Everything went very smooth.  We transitioned from another property management company that had the worst service and were charging us for repairs we did not authorize.  The Realty Medics advised us and made the transition process very easy.  They contacted the old company, transferred the security deposit, help remove the delinquent tenant, provided the repair services and found us a great tenant!  This is good as it gets in property management!  Very professional.

We were looking at short sales.  We had gone through about two real estate agents that showed us homes that had multiple offers on them.  We met Tommy through word of mouth.  He was very honest and upfront.  He didn’t show us any property that didn’t have any outstanding offers on them.  He was extremely helpful.  He was great communicating through emails.  He showed us multiple properties and had a lot of patience.  He really became our friend through the process.  I would highly recommend him for any of your real estate needs.
