THE HOME DEPOT

They never performed the job. After signing the contract with them, and a visit for the installer. We waited for 3/4 weeks (time promise to perform the job) and the day after we received the "Pre-Installation Call" email, they cancelled the job. Never received a call from anybody from Home Depot giving me the reason why it was cancelled. I had to call them for an explanation, even they told me that the Project Manager will call me to discuss the issue... still waiting for his/her call (4 weeks later).

They were here August of 2015.  They had to replace wood, you know what I mean, he had to fill in the wood, he just put a panel there and it kind of just felt like a filler, you know, so they could just cover it up.  I'm about 99.9% about the job.  I'm very particular about things and I even supervised the guy a little bit harder, I wanted those sealed right just like the rest of the house.  They couldn't get the glue off of the soffit.  The reason I went with them is because I had to use my Home Depot credit card, and had interest rates, I went with that interest rate thing plan.  It was about $4000.

They denied the service because of the roof height.

I can't say anything bad about the work or the time it took for Home Depot to get it done.  The granite in both kitchen & bathrooms was done perfectly as well as the new sinks and faucets. Everything we decided on is all high end! We love the E granite we chose, sinks & faucets are amazing.  I was worried about the full granite back splash in the kitchen but it came out incredible. Enhance did a fantastic job on the cabinets as well.  Enhance by far exceeded my expectations.  I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Tried to return 2 B.Q. Gas tanks that I have bought there, the type you "rent" filled with gas. We are moving and the movers can not take them. So I asked for a simple receipt that I returned them so when we get to our new home I can get 2 new ones from home depot without paying deposit. They said there POS system did not have a key for that so could not do it....a classic example of not being able to think......If you give a deposit to use something....when you return it should you not get credit for it....no money just credit. I teach customer service in college and will use this as another example. Lowes you now have a customer for life !

The installers were upset that they had to move the furniture to install the carpet (We paid extra for this service). The rest of the day, even when I offered to buy lunch for them, they were rude and unprofessional, still upset about having to move the furniture. The job itself was OK, except for a few obvious lines in the doorways. Our furniture was pretty dinged up. They also charged us for removing the old carpet and flat out lied when we called to contest the charge for removing it. This was a subcontractor that was used by Home Depot. It was NOT a good experience. We had a great experience when we used them for installing our tile. Ultimately, it depends on what subcontractor Home Depot uses. You can never be sure about what you are going to get.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB FOR A FAIR AND DECENT PRICE. THE SELECTION WAS GOOD. THE OUTCOME AND QUALITY OF MATERIALS WAS NICE. THE QUALITY SEEMED GOOD. THE PRICE WAS FAIR. IT WASN'T CHEAP, BUT IT WAS REASONABLE.

THEY ARE RELIABLE. THEY PROMISED ME THAT THEY WOULD DO THE JOB IN A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF DAYS, AND THEY DID THE JOB. THEY MOVED THE FURNITURE AND PUT IT BACK INTO PLACE.

IT HAS BEEN GOOD OVERALL SO FAR. IT WAS A LONG PROCESS TO GET THE CABINETRY INSTALLED AFTER WE ORDERED THE CABINETS. THE PEOPLE ARE PROFESSIONAL OVERALL, AND THEY SEEM TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY HAVE BEEN A LITTLE SLOW TO GET THE WORK STARTED, BUT I CAN UNDERSTAND THAT THEY HAVE OTHER JOBS TO WORK ON. ALL IN ALL, THE PEOPLE DO THE WORK FINE, BUT THEY TAKE A WHILE TO DO IT.

The overall experience was positive. There was some confusion about who was to remove the old carpeting as they did not want to have to keep it in their van overnight. In the end, they took it since we had paid extra to have it removed and hauled away.

Our ceiling fan could not be repaired, but Home Depot had a very large selection of ceiling fans to choose from. We found one that fit our decor perfectly. The sales staff was very helpful and courteous.

THEY SENT A REPAIRMAN OUT THE VERY NEXT DAY AFTER MY PHONE CALL. HE HAD THE PART WITH HIM AND INSTALLED IT VERY QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE.

THE HOME DEPOT HAD ALL THE SUPPLIES I NEEDED TO FIX MY ROOF AFTER THREE MAJOR HURRICANES. THE SUPPLIES WERE IN STOCK WHICH HELPED US GET OUR HOME FIXED FAST.

WE HAVE SPECIAL ORDERED MANY ITEMS FROM HOME DEPOT FOR OUR REMODELING PROJECT AND HAVE BEEN HAPPY. THE ONLY EXCEPTION WAS THE COUNTER TOP WHICH HAS TAKEN OVER TWICE AS LONG AS THE PROMISED DATE TO ARRIVE.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS A VERY POSITIVE ONE. THE GENTLEMAN WHO PERFORMED THE WORK WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND DID A GREAT JOB. THE ONLY DRAW BACK WAS THE WAIT FOR THE DOORS THEMSELVES. AGAIN, THIS WAS TO BE EXPECTED SINCE ALMOST EVERYONE HAD EXPERIENCED SOME DAMAGE TO THEIR HOMES. I PLAN ON USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN IN THE FUTURE FOR SOME REMODELING WE ARE HAVING DONE TO OUR HOME.
