It went fabulously. John was polite and knowledgeable. He preformed extra work the first day after he cleaned and sealed the grout by changing the color and sealing the grout in both bathrooms. Then we asked him about an issue in the shower and made an appointment for him to come back to do it. When he came back to work on the shower he went well over and above what was requested and spent several hours making everything look great. He even did some extra work without charging us for it. My husband is very particular and he was more than satisfied with the work. We would highly recommend them again and use them again.
