They can improve in the way they notify customers on the date of service.

What would you grade them for the overall experience?  F “They are a horrible company-- horrible customer service. They don’t show up, they lie about being there when they haven’t been and their inspector’s never looked to see where the pest and rodents were coming from. If asked if I would use the company again I would say “oh h*** no!”

The billing company is where the trouble is. I've been with them over 8yrs and recently they have messed up my credit by billing me thru mail after I pay COD. They have turned me into collections agency and ruined my credit I have been trying so hard to rebuild. My credit card credit amount was greatly reduced and would not let me complete my purchase . I called to find out why and they said they sent a letter in the m ail. They did and it said I had something new on my credit report with derogatory comments. It was terminix and I did not owe the anything. I called they said they fixed it then I got another call from collections saying it was still there. I called the manger and he actually was rude stating it had been fixed. I called the corporate office a month later he had just within the last 3 days called the collections ageny. There for it was there long enough to do embarrassing dammage to my credit. They promised to credit my bank account for all these charges for my trouble but they have not. I plan to switch my service if they do not make this right. I'm not counting on them to do that since they haven't so far.

Their service has gone well. I have used the company for 7-8 years. They are very reliable and the pricing is competitive. If I ever have a problem they come out quickly to resolve it.The only issue we have had with them is when they were having worker problems and they had to cancel our appointment a few times. I see no reason to go with any other company, however. The technicians are nice and I like that I do not have to be home while they do the service because they only do external pest control if you are not home.

I have used the company for about 10-12 years. They are able to keep the pests away. The technicians are very friendly and happy to answer any of my questions. They come out regularly and always give a heads up before they come out.

Their service went okay. They were able to get rid of the termite issue. I never had any problem contacting the company or scheduling with them.

I have been using the company for about 14 years. I have been pleased with their service. They have kept the pests at bay. They are a reliable company. The technicians are friendly and personable. They always ask if we have any other issues they can help with. They come out automatically every three months and always call ahead of time.

Their service has gone very well. I have used the company for 18 years. They are here when they are supposed to be. They are prepared and congenial. We have had no issues with the company. We have had the same technician for a long time. He is easy to get along with and great at explaining everything to us. We have never had any difficulties scheduling.
