?? WARNING: SCAM ARTIST OPERATING UNDER MULTIPLE FAKE NAMES AND COMPANIES ?? I was scammed by Peter Ristich?who even introduced himself as ?Peter?Steven? and, more recently, John?P.?Ristich?making clear how intentionally deceptive he is. Here's what happened: He appeared as Surface Landscaping on Angi The invoice came from Quality Landscaping, and my payment went to Reliable Landscaping His business card said Peter?Steven ?and John?P.?Ristich is another alias he's used None of these are active, registered companies on Sunbiz (Florida?s Division of Corporations) He intentionally gave me false names and businesses to hide his identity and avoid accountability ? Key Fraud Details: Installed cheap, defective gutters that never functioned Falsely claimed extra money was needed for PVC (which I never requested) After I complained to Angi, they only locked his account ? he still refuses to fix anything This is part of a large-scale scam operation?he uses multiple fake business and p

This man is a scammer, his name is Peter Rxxxxxx and his son Sean are two professional scammers, please google his name and you will find several law suits and not only in Florida but in other states like Ohio and Georgia. We all need to report this man so that we can get justice. On 1/22/2025 he installed a fake gutter to my sons house and charged me $4,500 I paid because he went to charged me at work and I was not able to see the complete job until I returned home from work and since it was cold and dark that night I was able to see the complete mess next day. He had already charged me and was playing games with me on the phone by not answering and then when I made a complain on Angi , yes, he was on Angi listed as a vendor which is how he contacted me, he called me so that I can remove the bad review, I said no, and to make the long story short, he end up saying that he would not give me back my money or repair my gutters, he threaten me by saying that if I do not call Angi

Only paver fix and install half way His Company Name is Q & Y Landscaping and Reliable Landscaping and his Name is Peter Ristich and His Cell # 407 325 8614 He Said without advance money he cannot start the work

He did only 25% of the work. He only did the Pavers. He did not complete the pavers coating, did not put the borders that we wanted, no sod in the backyard, no fence, no french drains as promised, and no retractable screens. I am seeking a refund of $24,500.

Started out great, very friendly and trustable. Did great work for 2 full days all the way up until payment for job was collected, than he ghosted me. Job started on feb 4th 2025 and nearly finished feb 5th. they ran out of sod and sprinkler system needed repairs, had water coming out but sprinkler heads would not pop up. it is currently leaking from the pipes connected to my outdoor faucet. The owner Chris collected payment in full $3500.00 cash and said his crew by the names of Chris and Armando would be picking up more sod today and come back to finish the job and fix sprinkler. They failed to show up and complete the job. Failed to answer my calls and text messages. I called him everyday and sent several test messages. I was able to talk to him on February 7th, and 10th, ( It felt like he answered my call not realizing it was me ) he said both times his guys would be out the next day. They never showed up. He told me I needed to water my new sod everyday for 30 days and talked me into buying the watering irrigation system. My grass in not doing well with the water system not working and missing sod looks bad. He won't answer my calls and I have a trail of unanswered text messages and voice mail messages. Im really surprised at his neglect because he was so great for two days, all went downhill once he was paid. I originally tried to pay with credit card but my card was declined by Capital One because they flagged it to protect my account. I went to the bank and took out the cash. The name on his credit collection device read as "Reliable Landscapin" and his business card said Quality Landscaping and Angi list was Q and T landscaping all operating under the same phone number of 689-346-9444. I would like them to come finish the missing sod , but most of all I really need my irrigation system to work and stop leaking .

Substandard work from start to present. Extremely bad communications. I originally requested new sod and repair the existing sprinkler system. His crew started work by scalping the existing lawn with weedeaters and started to level the teerrain. The lead guy, Pete, then announced that my system was too far gone and he would need to put in a complete, new system. It would cost another $1000 dollars. I haqd already paid him the original $2800 that he quoted me. They then proceeded to install 1/2" flex pipe into 1 zone whereas I had 3/4"pvc in 3 zones. He had 6 rotator heads installed but after they laid the sod, there was only 4 heads installed. There are severeal areas that are not covered. As he used 1/2" flex pipe, there is not enough volume to adequately run the rotating head sprayers. The pipe he used is available from Lowes or Home Depot for drip irrigaation. Also, when I tried to run the sprinklers, they would not turn on as the valve he connected the pipe to was not wired to the timer. The second zone they "installed" still does not appear to be connected to the water. I am constantly trying to communicate with Pete, but he rarely returns my calls. This came to a head for me when he stated that his crew would return on 2/3/25 to finish the project but as usual, no one showed up and no response to my phone calls. I had to hand water my lawn as I did not want the new sod to die. There are pipes that should be buried but are still abpve ground and gaps in the sod that need to be filled with dirt. They also laid sod over the sprinkler heads in one of my existing zones without capping off the supply pipe. They still owe me for failing to install lava rock between the city sidewalk and the street. Finally, sort of, they laid sod over the emmitter from my sump pump after I told them specifically not to do that.
