SUPERIOR ARTISTIC TEXTURES

The sales rep informed me that the concrete stamping would be maintenance free for a "lifetime." It has been a year and a half and the deck is cracking in so many places that I have lost count. The cracks are so deep that the previous concrete is exposed. I called and complained and it took them six months to come out and fix it (by the way the "fix job" is still not complete. I have had another concrete contractor look at the work that this company had done and his advice was to replace the deck. Two years and $7000 later, I am right back to where I started at. My advice to everyone is, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The experience was a disaster! They didn't show up when they said they would & the owner of the company was very rude & nasty. There was a problem with the seams & he refused to fix them. Thankfully, I had not paid the balance & I wouldn't pay the balance until he fixed the seams. After weeks of fighting & my threatening to file a complaint with the state attorney general's office, as well as the Better Business Bureau, he finally fixed the seams because he wanted to get paid!
