Very good and competitive product at no cost to me. They paid for all recording, stamps and appraisal fees. Getting the loan complete was a little of a challenge, since you never talk to the person handling your loan. In my case, they needed some paperwork that took several attempts to get to the right place. I had to fax the same papers over 4 times for different reasons: such as lost pages, additional information requested, etc. This in turn extended the period of disbursement. But it finally came through.
