"Dear Customer, Your service is still under the warranty. Instead of calling the electrical company please call us and we'll find the issue. The part that was replaced for you was not working. The next step is to go out with a free of charge visit since you have already paid for and we'll find out the next problem. It can happen that we do not find the issue on the first visit as there might be multiple issues that we need to figure out, once we change a non-working part first. Thank you, Sunlight Team."

We apologize if you had a bad experience, but we also explain clearly to our customers what the service call is for. Our free estimates are based on new installs. You clearly needed a repair and we made it aware that the service call fee is always deductible from the total service charge if you are to hire us to do such a service. We were at your property for the second time with your consent and without any charges to you. However, when our technician arrived, someone saw us at the door and did not want to talk to us. "Dear Customer, you hired us to do an annual inspection in which it was done. We found an issue and gave you the price to get it fixed and you did not want us to do the service. That's why your problem was not fixed. Thank you!"
"Dear Customer, as you can see with all of the reviews previous to yours, it's unpredictable to have an exact time of arrival! However, we do always call each customer to let them know we are on the way at least an hour prior to our arrival. In your case, you did not want to honor our service call fee, and on this case our company may not honor showing up to fix issues for free. If it were an issue after we fixed it and caused by us we would greatly not charge you a service call fee. Since this wasn't the case than we can't keep going to fix the issues of your system for free. Both times called, we fixed the issue. Thank you!"
