Two employees arrived on schedule; both employees were courteous and efficient. There are several tall pine trees on our property. All debris (pine needles and leaves) was removed from the gutters. Then, on to the windows. We have cathedral ceilings with high windows along the front of the house. All windows were hand washed inside and out using a ladder, spray, scrub brush and squeegee. Now our windows sparkle like new! All work was completed within 2 1/2 hours.

The work went really well. The two guys who did the work were friendly and knowledgeable. They paid close attention to detail, and were careful about moving things. The windows are remarkably clean now. Definitely would use them again.

Pretty good, had a few concerns but everything came out clean.
I was pleased with the results.
The pool deck and cage look clean.
The windows look clean.
We had to call them back because they missed a few spots at our initial appointment, they were happy to accommodate.
They burned/yellowed my lawn in a line where their hoses (and chemicals) ran from the street to my back yard.
They used water from my house to perform services as opposed to a truck with water tank.
I was pleased with the results.

"Thank you for your honest review. I'm glad you were happy with the final results. Once again I apologize for the missed spot. With white cages its sometimes really easy to miss something with the sun at certain angles. We will always be happy to do any touch ups needed. Sorry for the line on your lawn, that sounds like the chemical gun valve was slightly open as it was being reeled in. We actually have switched away from those valves we were using on our hoses because of the chance of opening. Now we use secured chemical guns that have a lock tab on them. I'd like to give you a discount on your services for this mishap. Just give us a call and ask for Andy. As for using your homes water for pressure washing instead of tank water (we did have 2 tanks on our trailer) I apologize for not communicating that this would be the case. However we do not guarantee that we will bring water to any job and all potential customers should know this so I apologize for that being unexpected. We typically drive 3 hours every day between jobs so using a customer's water vs carrying a couple thousand lbs of water is typically preferred and should be expected. This cost to the customer is factored into the quote. However if a customer does not have running water or we are doing commercial work we have our tanks on multiple trailers available for use. Wonderful. My windows had old paint and dirt on them from years before that I couldnt get off. They did a great job. My windows were crystal clear. They sparkled all the way down the street.

They were ok. It was expensive but I was prepared for that. He was adequate. He was nice and did his best. He came by himself you've two people to come and expected that.

They arrived promptly. I have an unusual home and they weren't prepared. (Proper ladders and clothes) They rescheduled at a date that worked for me. They arrived early with extra help and did an excellent job. I will use them again. They were professional and polite.

We have a much longer driveway than the guy expected so he charged us more, which we thought was reasonable. They guy that came out for pressure washing wasn’t the guy that came out to do the estimate and it took him a while to do it. It wasn’t the best pressure washing we have had and it didn’t meet up our expectations. We have had our driveway pressure washed previously and the equipment that was used was much stronger than what they used, so it didn’t last as long as the previous service did. They were nice and friendly when I called to set up an appointment. We didn’t exactly get for what we were asking for. They were punctual although the guy took a long time to do than the previous guy did.

The person doing the estimate is not likely a field tech so he is not going to be the person doing the work most times. I'm sorry for this confusion. 2. Our pressure washing services has been greatly upgraded since your work was done a few years ago when we were just getting into pressure washing. Our business has grown dramatically and our name has changed as we no longer focus on window cleaning as our primary service. We now have multiple trailers with 4000psi pressure washers up to 10 gpm (most important number) that we can use on a driveway to clean very fast. Very few of our competitors have these. We could certainly offer a free driveway pressure wash anytime you'd like. Please give us a call and ask for Andy."

The crew you sent out couldn't have been more courteous, professional or helpful. They arrived promptly and all work was done quickly and efficiently. I very much appreciated that a mild detergent was used on our siding, as a previous company used bleach! I had a hard time bringing my landscaping back from the sever burning it suffered. The chlorine very nearly killed several well-established plants.
Because we had less siding to clean than was provided for by our $159 coupon's value, they checked whether or not they could apply the rest of the $159 to washing the windows of our two-story house. The amount per window was calculated, and we added the cost for any additional windows over the coupon value. We were very happy to pay for the extra service, as we were thrilled with the results of the work done up to that point. They performed an equally terrific window cleaning as ridding our white siding of mildew and mold. My husband and I would definitely recommend this company to friends and acquaintances!

This company was only a little late to the appointment but reduced the cost of service because of that. They were very professionally dressed and held a professional demeanor. They did an excellent job pressure washing and cleaning the windows. Better than I could've done. I would definitely use them again and refer them to anyone.

I was very pleased with the job done. Service employees were courteous, efficient & professional. I wish I had a before/after picture, because the walk-ways, driveway & patio came out looking so bright & clean - like new! The windows were also beautifully cleaned. I will definitely have this company back for all of my future window washing & pressure washing needs.

I had a lot of trouble trying to find a provider to clean two chandeliers. Found this providers after some pretty extensive internet searching. They service the entire Orlando/Tampa Bay corridor.They estimated the job would take four hours, gave me a flat fee, and spent 5 ½ hours cleaning the two chandeliers. The work was excellent, and the crystal looked like new. Would highly recommend them.
