She contacted me right away. She called when she said she would. She came to the house. She did let me know what the market was around there. She did contact me about a couple of months. The last month she did not come around much. She called me a week or two after her contract was up. She let me know that the other homes in the area were selling for less. She advised me to take my home off the market. In the beginning things were great, but then at the end of my contract it was not go above or beyond. If she was running late she always let me know. I think you have to be a little more inventive then she was. The way the house was set up it was very clean, but other stuff that give you that little extra something was not there. I did trust her alone in my home. I had everything done and she said things were cleaned well, and for six months I could not have anything out of place.

She is very reasonable and professional. I would highly recommend her. She will work with you on percentages.
