Coy is a man of his word. He did everything he promised he would do. The closets turned out better than I had expected.

Coy and his wife are a very professional team and go the extra mile for their clients. I love my new master closet and working with Coy on the design was a great experience. The only reason I gave a 4.5 rating was due to the installer missing a number of "dings" in the closet materials, which have necessitated orders of replacement parts - all under the lifetime warranty. Coy himself will install the replacement parts.

Coy and his team are top notch; trustworthy and courteous people providing the very best service. They transformed our empty laundry room into a useful space, and at a reasonable cost.

Coy and his team were awesome! We had 3 professionals come out to give us quote for a redesign on our master closet. Buttoned Up Closets had the best product for the best value and came up with a design we were happy with. Other companies gave us a quote that was highly inflated but offered a “limited time discount”. Even with this “discount” the price was above what the average quote came out to for similar work. Coy was courteous and professional. Mike, the installer, was awesome and did great work. Lori handled billing and communication and kept me in the loop each step of the way. We were very happy with the end product and would recommend them to others looking to install a custom closet.

Everything was done quickly, and at a great price.

I had placed an order with a nationally known closet company who told me my lead time to install was 3-4 weeks and after putting a deposit they switched it to 5-6 weeks. Buttoned up closets saved the day, they were able to design, order and install our two master closets in 2 weeks time. Their standard drawers are what the nationally know closet company considered an upgrade. I saved money and time! I highly recommend to use Buttoned up closets. Lori, Coy and the installer were all so timely and professional. In love with our closets!
