iWe had a toilet that overflowed flooding 4 rooms in the center and back of house. I was able to shut the valves off outside and in. In process I broke the outside semi-underground shut off valve handle. I called Steve and left a message explaining what had happened. Steve was tied up on another job so he dispatched Don and quot;the plumberand quot; who arrived in less than an hour to make the necessary repairs.
Don was knowledgeable, thorough, friendly and clean and I will use him/them again if we need plumbing repairs in the future.
Prices I felt were reasonable and his promptness was definitely a plus!!

Very Good. He came when scheduled with a helper. They worked on both simultaneously and were done very quickly. Quality and Clean up were excellent.

He is very good to work with. His prices are especially good for a plumber. He was very helpful and good at replacing the necessary hardware. He even took the time to grout the appliances in and not use caulking to make a better seal around both of the toilets. He is very good about cleaning up when he is finished and is very professional in his approach.

Excellent. He worked hand in hand with my insurance company (homeowners) and provided the information they needed. As a repeat customer, I received a discount on the water heater. When Steve heard that I was still having a leak in the garage (after the work on the water heater was compleated), he immediately came to address the leak. He had to cut through the dry wall in the garage to fix the leaking valvue. If he had not been so responsive, the dry wall in the garage would not of been soaked but would have had to be replaced.

I would highly recommend STEVE THE PLUMBER as an honest and straighter shooter plumber. He explaines everything to you before he begins and gives you cost options.

He is very good. He was very polite and precise. He cleaned up after himself.

Steve the Plumber came to home to inspect the sinks and plumbing that needed to be disconnected and reconnected (as new sinks and counter top were going to be installed). Steve was very professional in his approach.
