HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service! I contracted with them to install three pallets of Bahia grass and landscape the back yard. I pre-paid for the grass upfront and trusted them as professionals to purchase quality sod on my behalf. Two of the three pallets of grass were totally dead. Not a speck of green grass at all. I was dissatisfied with the sod they purchased and advised them of same. They are unwilling to correct the matter if the sod does not come back. Would not offer to replace the sod, said it's my responsibility to repurchase more sod and would not address the matter with the sod company with whom they purchased it from. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They clearly do not understand the concept of what a customer is and whom their customer is. They do not guarantee their work and leave it up to their customer to resolve the matter with the sod company they purchase sod from. I am very disappointed with their actions especially after reading all the favorable reviews on this page. Stay clear of this company!!
