What a joke. I was referred to them by American Blinds who they acquired but no one informed me of this change. After waiting over one month, I called again the third time asking when they will install this track. The next day they came with the wrong track because no one from this poor excuse for a company bothered to ask us what type of closure was needed!! In addition, the installer did not think the track was broken. This is after a month waiting!!!! Such lack of response and expertise is totally unacceptable. I contacted Cornerstone Custom Blinds and they came out the next day to measure & installed the right track in five days!
