They didn't do a great job. They just didn't get the dirt out. They told me its a cloth sofa, which seemed like be easy to get the dirt out, but it wasn't. They didn't get the dirt out.

They were so much more expensive. We started with a $75 on some sort of special and by the time we got through, it was $400. It was excellent. It's the first time I have had my floors done in 20 years. I will have to give them credit.

They came out to steam clean the interior of my cars; they just didn't do a very good job. They pretty much lied to me and said the pressure inside and outside the house is two different pressures and they just didn't do a good job.

Assured stains would come out. Assured wear would be drastically improved. Was talked into allowing them to "seal grout" for "free". Did not realize I was paying them $99 to clean grout. Didn't end up paying that because I was mislead. Also they didn't really even clean the grout.

They were not from this area I guess. A different Stanley Steemer had to come because the ones in my area don't do the air ducts. Their corporate office was out of Orange/Osceola. They didn't come from Brevard County because once they got here I asked about some additional items and they were kind of like, "Oh well you know." I just think the person didn't really feel like doing extra stuff. Then, when they left, one of my vents - because they took them all apart - was not screwed back on. In my son's room, it had a clickety-clackety noise, I guess because the vent hadn't been put back on correctly or all the way or screwed in correctly or whatever. So I had someone come and take care of that for me.

They do a good job. I would use them again.

I have tried other carpet cleaners and I keep coming back to Stanley. Their price is competitive and they get the job done. One thing I think I like best about Stanley is they always send a 2 person team. I don't need a lot of furniture moved away from the wall and I try to prepare for their visit as much as I can but honestly, it is a 2 person job to do it right and quickly and I appreciate that.

I thought it was overpriced and didn't end up using them

Cleansers arrived on time, were very professional, and personable.  They took the time to explain everything they would be doing and asked if we had any questions or concerns.  When they finished they explained how and how long to let the carpet finish drying and what steps to take to keep it even cleaner in the future.

Cleaned well.  Good results.

They were very nice and answered all my questions.  They did a great job.  They were good; they were better than the other one or I have used the other one; they are both great.  The price is great and the quality is great.  They were fine.  I've used them in the past before but it's been a long time since I've used them.

These guys in particular were great. I had an overall good experience. The carpets look nice and the job was done in a reasonable amount of time.
The one problem I had was the surprise and quot;we can't move bridgesand quot; referring to furniture that connects two column type pieces of furniture. There were 2, one on the bedroom and an entertainment center. The bedroom one was fine it was light weight and one of the guys and quot;assistedand quot; with it. The entertainment center was very heavy and large. I had only me and my disabled child ( he is a young adult but has use of one arm only ) to help. There were several problems getting the bridge loose and my son had to hold one end and it was just difficult and dangerous to both of us. I would have really like to have known about this prior to the appointment when I had additional help. These are fairly common types of furniture and it should not be hard to let people know. It may have been on their website or their followup email but it should not be hard to let people know in a more direct way.
Like I said though; The company had a good reputation. The franchise seems to be well run and they do good efficient work. I am very happy in all other aspects of the job.
