I was out of town and the house flooded. They came and took care of it for me while I was out of town. My neighbor let them in because I was out of state. They did a good job They cleaned everything up. They did 4 bedrooms, bathrooms, closets. Half the house flooded - living room, dining room, no not the dining room, living room,family room, kitchen,(half the kitchen). I don't know about 6-7 rooms. My bedroom, just a little part of it, and part of my bathroom got flooded. They did a good job. They really did. They made sure there was no mold. There were 2 spots where they had to cut out the wall because it was still wet after they dried it. They did a real good job. I wasn't even here and they did a good job. On price, I thought it was a little high.

It started out to be the $99.00 special but it ended up being $300.00 as they have add-ons and stuff like that. I felt it was kind of a bait and switch.

They constantly tried to upscale me which I am not too thrill about I don't to be upscale I don't need them to be sales people if I want something I would ask, I have had better, they are nice an all but I have other guys that took care of my condo for the entire area all three rooms for $59.

It was fine. They managed to get most of the stain. If you look at it closely its still there. It is pretty hard to get out. We probably won't use them again because we are getting hardwood flooring. They show up when they are suppose to and get the job done.

They were GREAT! I had stained carpet which they steamed back to excellent. Their product is safe for my cat and they were careful to watch that she didn't escape. They were on time, professional and easy to deal with.

They showed up on time, but the water pump in their truck was not working. After 30 minutes, they were able to repair it and they did their work. They were helpful in moving furniture and did a thorough job, even cleaning a rug for me no charge. A day later, I noticed some spots on the carpet, they came back out that day and recleaned that area no charge.

The manager of the store wanted to know if he could come to my condo and look for himself, which I said yes and he came and moved the dresser to see if the rings had fallen. His employees said they would cooperate with anything I wanted them to do and I wanted a polygraph test, but the police said it was not admissible in court so they would not do it. I noticed they were gone while the 2 employees were still here and when I confronted him he told me I could check his pockets and that he did not take my rings.

"The technician being accused of stealing from the member has been employed with Stanley Steemer for over 7 years. In all his years of employment he has never been accused of any wrong doing. The phone calls we receive regularly about him are nothing but praise on his professionalism and quality of work he performs. Stanley Steemer does criminal checks on all employees. Yhis employee has a perfectly clean record. When the member called us with the accusations of missing rings we informed her to file a police report and we would fully cooperate with them. Our branch manager, Scot Duggan, was notified and was at her home within hours trying to help her look for the rings with her as well. We have no control over how the local police departments handle their complaint calls. I would think it is their duty to help investigate a reported crime? Our employee gave the member a written statement based on his side of the story. He states he did not see any rings. He also offered to empty his pockets in from of the member when she accused him. She was offended by that and asked him to leave. Stanley Steemer regrets the unfortunate incident, however, we have done everything required by cooperating and trying to help solve this situation.
