From day one of my interaction with this company I could not of been more impressed. Travis came out the same day that I contacted them to review the project and within just a few days had a very detailed estimate prepared for us. He advised me that due to work load they may not be able to get to the job until the first of the year which we were fine with. Once we had decided to go ahead with the project I then told Travis that I was expecting family from out of town at Thanksgiving and would be so very happy if the stairs could be completed before that however I understood if it wasn't possible. Much to my surprise less than two weeks later I received a phone call from Travis that they had a job pushed back and could work us in starting the very next day! The carpenters performing the work were Andrew (London) and Bacon. I can't say enough about these two. They were very professional and friendly. Each day they always cleaned up after their work and were always more than happy to answer any questions about the work they were doing. London was very much the perfectionist as far as his work is concerned. I also had the pleasure of meeting Vince when he came by to discuss the wall wraps they had to actually custom make. The paint and stain guys were also very nice to work with. I could go on and on about the whole process and still couldn't express enough how wonderful each and every person I dealt with was. They truly care about their work and want you to be happy with the outcome. I would recommend Stairmasterz to anyone looking to have stair work done whether it be renovating an existing staircase or building a new home. You could not ask for a more professional, quality and skilled company.

Larry and his company are the king of beautiful staircases. During construction of my new house, Larry met me at the model house and gave me a bid to do the work the home builder could not do. He then visited during construction to ensure he can still do the work and also ensure everything was in place for his team by measuring everything. We then visited his factory to look at the process they use for staining and to look at their work. We also chose all materials as well. Finally, Larry delivered a sample of the color the treads would be stained to make sure we were happy.
Larry's team arrived on time and got to work. They ripped out everything the builder did and began installing the new staircase. Total time was 10 business days to get the work done. This was done prior to moving in so we did not get in their way. Although we had other work done by other contractors after the new stairs were put in, Larry's team came back out to re stain and cover any scratches made by others - without question. This right here is what makes Larry stand out and that he really wanted to deliver a perfect product no matter what.
Larry came out after all work was completed to make sure I was happy. Only then did he collect the remaining 50% of the fund.
Larry is great to deal with and his team of full time (not sub-contractors) are amazing at what they do. This is the case in life where it was 100% worth the premium cost of the work. If you are looking to get this work done, consider that this is all Stairmasterz does, so they are the experts.

We received a competitive bid in the beginning, but the best part was the assistance in designing the staircase we wanted. Both in our home and at their office, we were given options and suggestions. During the installation, the workers were prompt, polite, and professional. The job began and ended on schedule with no problems or surprises. I would highly recommend Stairmasterz and would certainly use their services again.
