Horrible customer service! Nasty people. Take your money and never show up to do service

POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS BEWARE! A Spire salesperson came to my home and offered what sounded like a great benefit and value. I was told that they could start the same day and that if we ever had any issues with pests, they would come back out to re-spray as many times as it took. So because of this, I signed an agreement. It's been 3 months of still dealing with pests and I am just now being told that it takes up to 14 days for their products to work and that if we do encounter pests we have to wait 10 to 14 days after they come before someone from Spire would come back to spray. At no point did the salesperson mention this, and nowhere in the contract does it state this. Had I known this, I would have declined using Spire Pest Control. I was told by a representative from Spire in Orlando, that because of the poor pest control, transparency and accurate information given by the salesperson for Spire that it would NOT be an issue to waive the early termination. My account has gone to management, and I am being told I would need to pay the $250 plus this month's $49. In the end, Spire is NOT a value or benefit. I am retired army and decided not to have to deal with Spire sending my account to collections as I have medical issues that I am currently dealing with.

Spire pest control did an amazing job helping me with my pest and termite control needs. Their office staff was kind and responsive and made scheduling a breeze. When their technician arrived he was on-time and professional not only did he help identify the issues on my property, but He informed me of the best solution to fix issues. Overall the experience with spire has been amazing and the value I’m getting has been far superior to any large corporation pest control company.

From the first day, the service has been amazing. They are prompt, efficiant and very knowledgeable. One day I noticed some bees in between visits. They right down to handle it. With Spire, its about the money, its about your satisfaction with the service.

So I noticed the green and white van in my neighborhood servicing some of my neighbors and not too long after I had a gentleman by the name of Rick knocking at my door who was very friendly, polite, and was very knowledgeable. I hired them for pest control, mosquito, and Rick told me they also take care of termites and was able to bundle all three for an affordable price. He also had me scheduled for same day service. The very same evening Mike showed up and began immediately, very professional work and paid attention to detail making sure all my needs were met. After talking with Mike, come to find out it was the branch manager knocking on my door, not an employee and Mike is the tech manager. Was thrown back by their commitment to their customers and customer service. Definitely earned my business.

Michel was super professional and he communicated very well and answered all my questions. Will be hiring them again!
