Slab Fix

Filled out quote request on website and called office. Spoke to Christine. Set up appointment for Saturday. On Thursday I received a call that they would be there in an hour. I told them I was at work. They said they did not need me to be there they could figure it out with ou the home owner. I think not. He than told me he would have Christine call me to reconfirm my Saturday appointment. Saturday afternoon I call back the guy who called on Thursday. He was rude and his only consent was how did I get his number. Well the idiot call me and I have called ID. He said it was not his problem and I needed to deal with the office on Monday. I wasted my Saturday for a no show appointment and receive hate for contacting the rep that called me on Thursday. I will use Poly Lift.

Yasser Krayem and his team were excellent. Yasser came out first and gave us a highly competitive estimate (compared to other companies offering similar services). He and his team arrived on the scheduled day at the scheduled time. They completed the work within four hours, and included at no additional charge the tasks of leveling two other pool deck slabs that had sunken slightly due to gutter downspout runoff.

Yassar & helper successfully raised the slab in the two bedrooms. They were on time, covered the walls with plastic sheeting to prevent damage and cleaned up when done. Yassar took the time to make sure that the slab was raised evenly. I was very happy with the work they did and would recommend them to others.

They lifted the sunken slab to where it was almost even with the surrounding area. It made a big difference, now we don't have to worry about people tripping over the uneven concrete. It also looks so much better. It would have cost over twice the price to have the existing concrete broken up and a new pour. We are thankful we saw Yassar's company on Angie's list, we checked out the videos on his website before making our decision. The guys doing the work were very professional and pleasant to have around. We are very happy with the results and definitely would use them again.

I am so glad I contacted Slab Fix for a repair estimate. From the initial contact through completion of the work, nothing short of excellent service was provided. I contacted concrete companies for repair estimates, as well as Sam, owner of Slab Fix. Sam was the only person who detailed several issues going on, and presented an approach to the repairs that made sense. All for far less than the concrete companies. Sam is a perfectionist and wastes no time at all. Although certain areas of the sidewalk and driveway presented difficulty in leveling, Sam was patient and diligent in his work. I couldn't believe how Sam was able to finesse the leveling material to lift the concrete back into position. The repair is perfect! And all done without the inconvenience and cost of replacing the driveway and walkway. Without a doubt, call Slab Fix and talk with Sam for concrete leveling.

Sam responded on the same day I called and even worked us in to get the problem solved. He showed up on time, completed the job in several hours, and it looks fantastic. A problem that we thought was going to cost us thousands to get fixed didn't. The screen enclosure did not have to be removed, and the whole pool area looks like there was never an issue. He explained what he did, and guarantees that we won't have any more problems with it. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is having concrete slab issues.

WOW. OK so I honestly had been putting this repair off for a few years because I was afraid of what it would cost and that it might not go well. Yasser arrived on time for the estimate and was very knowledgable and confident on the repair. I didn't have to move the jacuzzi thank goodness, just drain it. The patio around the pool looks brand new now you can't even tell anything was ever wrong. The scary part where the floor was sunk and the roof was unsupported is like a miracle. He was able to lift the floor which lifted the post up perfectly so that now it is flush with the ceiling/roof at the top. This guy is a genius. I had contacted a couple other companies but I am so glad I chose this one. The repairs were difficult and they couldn't have turned out any better. Thank you!!! Highly recommended. I didn't think to take any before and after pictures but I really wish I would have!

I think the project was bigger than yasser could handle. The crack is now worse than before. He was not able to level the concrete. Now I have to find a way to repair the concrete and clean up the mess on the screen enclosure and floor deck.

Sam was punctual and professional throughout the process. All committed deliveries were met. The overall job took about 5 hours and was ready to drive on almost immediately after completion

Sam was very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. I was a bit hesitant about the technology at first because it is unconventional, but after viewing the videos in his website, checking other reviews and meeting him in person we decided to go for it and we are glad we did. Not only is Sam's method far less costly than traditional concrete remediation, but it was done in half a day. We had a rather large section of our patio that had sunk about an inch on one side and it is now back in place where it should be. We are very happy with the result.

Sam, the owner is a one man operation, but he has the latest tools and equipment. He arrived at the house on time, giving me a courtesy call that he arrived. He had all new equipment, clearly equipped with the latest technology. Sam went right to work, the job took about 3 hours, He cleaned up everything and you would never know he was there except that my driveway and walkway now are level with the house and each other.

Yasser was outstanding. He gave me a rough estimate from photos I sent to him. He then drove to my home and wrote up an exact estimate. His price $1,100 was very fair and the best estimate I had received. He used bottle jacks to lift the slap and footer back to the correct height. He then injected structural polyurethane foam and filled all the voids under the slab. Yasser did exactly what he promised. He has a very clean and orderly truck and equipment trailer. In my opinion this reflects his pride of workmanship. I would highly recommend Slab Fix to anyone looking for similar work to be done.

I found this company's work as excellent, on time and within my budget and with good customer service.  At first, Mr Krayem even suggested for me to do it myself because it is not a difficult job and he told me how to do it...that proved to me that this guy is very honest...So I gave him the job to work on.  And he proved my right...I highly recommend his work to future customers.
