installer was very helpful and knowledgeable about the water heater i needed installed. he made sure everything was in working order and everything has been working great since he left. i would highly recommend Sky Service Plumbing!

Extremely unreliable. I hired John in March'11 and as of Aug.'11 the job is still not complete! He partially finished the job, but can not seem to complete the project. He has set appointments and not shown up. I've left messages and he does not return phone calls. I am very disappointed that I read he received so many 5 star ratings and this is the kind of service I received. I have called another company to come finish the job.

Sky Service Plumbing which was referred by your agency came and installed my new kitchen faucett within 24 hours of my initial call. They arrived early since one of their previous customers cancelled a call, installed my faucett in 20 minutes, cleaned up and were on their way in no time. Very professional - I would certainly use them again if needed. I was very satisfied.

I was quoted from $65 auger, (if toilet didn't have to be removed), to $140 if it did. It did NOT. It was augered from the roof vent with a longer snake, yet, I was charged not an in-between rate (maybe $85, $90 even $100...but no they charged me just short of the full rate. I am a senior & asked for some discount but they didn't budge on the price.

I had a leak near my water meter. They called me immediately, came to my home within hours and completed the job. They were priced within my means. I was completely satisfied and would recommend them to my friends and family.

By chance, the owner, John Breighner handled my work request. Unlike other plumbers we've dealt with over the years, he gave us a price (a good price) & didn't try to charge for add ons at the end of the job. Additionally, he did the job correctly & didn't try to take any short cuts, the way other plumbers who contacted us tried to. John & his assistant cleaned everything up & took all the garbage with them; without being asked. On top of everything else, he's a really nice guy. It's a good feeling, knowing we will never have to look for another plumber. This is the 2nd trademan we found thru ServiceMagic that turned out to be a gem.

When I looked for a plumber on whitepages.com, I no sooner entered my information and they called me. The plumbing company I used to call has gotten too big for themselves and their prices have become outrageous, time for a change. Sky Service Plumbing is knowledgable, polite, and their prices are reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone. They should be called the plumbers with a human side, stay that way!!!
