I had John come out and repair my bathroom on August 29th, 2014. He repaired my shower and leak. He was suppose to follow up in providing a receipt for the work so I can send to my insurance provider to be repaid. I called several time and is in denial. He does not follow through with his work. I am still sitting here months later for an overpaid job in disrepair. Does not hold to his word. I am from out of state and bad business does not reflect well and would definately not recommend. Can not see him coming back to fix his work after being paid

When I first noticed the water heater leak I called my Home Service Company. The only company they offered showed up 2 days after the service call. They quoted a very high rate. I asked the service company for a buy out option. They said this could take up to three weeks. Still waiting... I entered a project in Home Advisor and received phone calls the very next day! Sky Service was the second quote I received from Home Advisor. They created a quote very quickly and were very friendly and honest. They did not add any additional unnecessary charges. One company added a disposal fee even thought SWA said they would take old water heaters in my pickup area. Sky took the water heater at no extra charge. The Service Technician arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. He took the time to explain the job. He installed quality parts and performed the installation in a professional manner. He was very friendly and performed all cleanup. You can't beat the price and performance of this company. I would highly recommend this company and the use of Home Advisor. Better than Angie's List in this area. Thanks!

I hired Sky and they were very, very good. He was the best! I received three estimates and he was not the lowest but I do know he was the best man for the job.

Very prompt. Very reasonable price. Excellent work. Replaced a toilet valve and an outside hose connection. I will not hesitate to hire them again if/when needed.

Friendly service providers, high quality work, and reasonable prices considering the total number of hours devoted to repairing an underslab leak. I decided to postpone on the remodel portion of the project until a later date. I will be using them for a redo of a suspected problem with my water heater soon.

Came within 20 minutes of me pushing the submit button on HomeAdvisors. Installed new garbage disposal and cleaned out sink trap very reasonable prices. The owner John and his assistant John were friendly, fast, cleaned up and gave me advise on keeping disposal running well. I would definitely recommend this company based on this experience.

What I thought might be a water heater problem, turned out to be something else. I only took a couple of minutes to discover the problem which was fixed promptly and for a very reasonable fee. Everything was as promised. My wife noticed the problem about 7 PM, I determined that we needed a new tank. I filled out a quote request at 8PM, 5 minutes later I had a call back and replacement scheduled for 10AM the next day! Amazing! The technician arrived early within the window. He removed and carried away the old heater without incident and installed the new one, updating the plumbing. By afternoon we had hot water again. The new heater looks and works well. The price was below the median listed on the Home Advisor site, so I was pleased with that. I was pleased with everything, in fact.

John gave me a 2 hour window. He arrived as promised. Gave us a very fair evaluation of our project with a free quote with no pressure. We followed up with him in 1 week. His brother David arrived, on-time as scheduled. David was exceptionally polite and courteous. He replaced a tub drain and installed a new toilet. He was professional and knowledgeable and left the job extremely clean. I have 2 more toilets to install and I will definitely call them for these projects. Super nice guys delivering quality service!

Take several quotes from other companies before you commit. Get quote in writing. I had the job quoted on the Friday at $220.00 to do the job and on Monday, when the job was done the total was $280. I was quoted too much at $220.00 but didn't know this at the time. The job should have been $180.00.

John came the same day as requested, and quickly cleared my shower drain...Thanks!

Very responsive and professional. Listened carefully as I described the problem and stated he could stop by in the afternoon on the very same day. They were prompt, assessed the job and provided a quote. While he obtained supplies we had our new bathroom items delivered. They worked on the job until it was done and charged a very reasonable amount despite waiting for the delivery for a short while. He and his partner worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Wonderful experience from start to finish!
