I found a rare jewel. I just couldn't believe that there are still people like this out there. James Cooper from Sky Disaster Recovery. They provided us with the kind of customer service that you just don't find anymore. His company performed the remediation of nasty black mold and reconstruction of our home. I couldn't believe how promptly he responded to every single questions that I had. How quickly they took care of things and the tenacity which he assisted me in dealing with the home insurance. His patience and dedication to us, the client, was amazing.
I called around five other companies to assist with this huge problem. Everyone was slow getting back to us and basically gave us the feeling of; "take a number and I'll get back to you when I can", not Sky Disaster Recovery. They got back to us immediately and made us feel that our problem was theirs to solve.
The circumstances of the situation were horrible, dealing with the home insurance worse, but working with James Cooper and this company made up for all of it.
All in all, amazing customer service, excellent workmanship and James Cooper and Sky Disaster Recovery really know how to do business the right way!
