Very good, very efficient even though they were really busy that day.

My Experience with this business:
I've been taking two cars and two vans to this car wash for a long
time. Their price is reasonable to expensive, not including the tips;
the personnel are fair to good. But I would not recommend this place to
anyone, anymore due to the following:
Reason: This company will not be responsible for
damages done inside the car by their employees.
I took one of my car to this place, and one
of their employees broke the mechanism that reclines the driver's
seat. I talked with an employee and I was giving a form to fill out.
The form indicates that I would have to take the car for a few estimates
and bring it to them for evaluation. They told me that the damages are
only outside damages to the car/van, not inside.
The form does not specify this at all. After I had taken the car for an estimate, this
company did not fix/and or reimburse at least the cost of the estimate I
incurred, and I followed their form's instructions exactly. One of
their managers was willing to fix the driver's-decline/incline seat
mechanism, but he was told not to fix it due to future liability to the
company. Well, I repeat, the form does not state the they don't cover
any damages done inside the car, just the outside (This was done in
3/2/2013, 3:16 pm.). I was told by the head manager to call the
company's headwaters; I did, and they never returned my call.
Conclusion:
Due to this situation, I don't recommend this car-wash company to anyone, hence I give it an and quot;Fand quot;. At least they could had reimburse my estimate cost (around $80.00); and an and quot;Fand quot; for not being clear in the form that was giving to me at that time/date, about damages don inside the car/and or van, by their employees. Maybe they will change their form statement after this report. I hope they change their attitude concerning car/van, inside/and not only outside, damages done by their employees. Therefore, I'm taking my car else where, and again, I don't recommend this car wash to anyone.
Note: The company I took my car for an estimate said that the bolt from the decline/incline drive's seat was not rusted through as it was being implied to me by one of their personnel. Although, I appreciate the assistant manager wanting to fix the damaged done, I can not recommend this company to anyone anymore. MY GOODNESS!

I had to point out some errors that they missed in cleaning the car.

First, it’s unfortunate that I must express my disappointment about the above car wash. I asked for the following to be done to my car: Please vacuum very well, remove the love-bug residue, and shine inside and tires with armor all, or whatever they use.

Results were the following: Someone else had to vacuum my car thoroughly, the bug residue wasn’t removed, the tires were not shine adequately, in essence, I had to finish the job when I got home.

Again, it’s unfortunate that after I payed for what I asked for, not including the tips, according to their choices, the results were very poor. My decision, as of today, is not to recommend this place to anyone again. I do not blame the whole staff, but for certain, someone has to take responsibility to upgrade the job performance. I could return someday, but for now, I will go somewhere else.

I have to give an “F” for failure to this car wash place, for now. I will change my opinion about this place if they change their job performance.

As for my vehicle make information, I choose not to disclose this information.

They have a large staff. You need to keep a close eye on them at times but all in all they vacuum and clean automobiles very good. Windows cleaned inside and out, vacuum interior, air freshen and wash/wax.

The oil was changed and mileage noted on the windshield. The car was given an exterior wash and dry and the interior was vacuumed. I was pleased with the results.
