Signature Property Care

Please be aware: I hired Danny with Signature Property Care to do some work at my home for $500. Day one, he called and said he was running late and his helper was sick. When I got home I was not totally happy with the work he had done. He said he would be at my home between 7 and 7:30 am. I had a death in the family and could not be at home past 7:45. He did not show up by 7:30 so I texted him to see when he would arrive. He said it would be about 30 more minutes. I told him I was not totally pleased with the work and wanted to meet with him, but a friend staying at the house would go over what I was unhappy with. He told me he would rather meet with me. I explained there was a death in the family. Long story short, he became more and more argumentative and I really did not want to deal with this due to the death in the family - so I offered to pay him for what he had done and we would just call it quits. He then got verbally abusive and threatened to lien the house and said "I hope your mulch is there when you get home". He kept calling and texting with threats. Then he said he would only agree to half of the $1200 or he would lien the house. $1200 was never discussed, we had agreed to $500. I had several other offers to do the work for $700. Just be aware!
