Tony Toups & Mark Soule’s crew at ServePro of South Orange County were working in an apartment on top of mine when they inadvertently opened a 3/4” water pipe, causing 7-10 minutes of full flow water to come pouring through my ceiling and walls on the lower level. Tony happened to be in the area when this incident occurred. I met him outside and informed him of what was currently happening inside. The crew working was quick to suck up the water from their unit and eventually made it down to mine, but the damage was already done. Water had poured down multiple walls, my ceiling, and underneath my floors. Thank God we quickly unplugged our TVs and computers. Water was covering the outlets from the ceiling leaks. The property managers insisted on turning the power off to the unit due to the water contacting the electrical outlet. Tony stated, “Don’t turn the power off, there’s nothing wrong with the outlets.” The property managers cut the power anyway in an abundance of caution. I feel better with the power off considering I have my two kids also living with me. They also declined to reimburse me for staying at a a hotel overnight due to the power being cut off and extensive water damage. Both lectured me on how the outlets are not dangerous covered in water. When I exclaimed that water was coming down over the outlet, Tony stated “No, there’s no water coming from them.” His crew workers verified there was, the property manager maintenance team for the building confirmed it was, and the video I have off the event confirmed it too; basically, Tony called me a liar standing in my apartment with an inch of water on the ground as my kids & his crew stood their and witnessed his negligent actions and remarks. The gross negligence & unbridled wonton disregard for my families safety, security & comfort will tell you a lot about how this franchise is run. Both Tony & Mark denied any responsibility for their workers actions (despite audio, video & pictures of the event happening that we witnessed by myself and the property managers team). Ask yourself, do you really want to give your business to people like this? I don’t & I highly recommend you don’t either. Here’s a few pictures of the action. The last picture is of Tony leaving after he questioned me wanting to know WHY I NEED HIS NAME. He resisted giving me his name folks. That’s the owner of this franchise.

Called ServPro in to check in to some mildewy smells around the house and give me a carpet cleaning quote. The owner and his brother-in-law showed up. They were very personable guys; we had a great time chatting and getting to know each other as they made their way around the house checking on things, pointing things out to me, and making recommendations.
In the end there were no issues to be addressed. The smells were the result of (a) old particle board in one of the bathrooms that had gotten wet at some time in the past and was emitting an earthy smell, (b) using my Nest thermostats to turn off the A/C periodically allowing the air to get that stale smell, and (c) the smell I thought I had in the bathroom wasn't something the guys from ServPro could smell themselves, and they found no evidence of moisture damage. I took their advice and began running the A/C in a non-scheduled mode so that the units would run more frequently and that solved the issues with the stale smells in the house.
They were supposed to charge me $150 for the visit, but in the end they didn't charge me anything. I had an issue with a water leak from a backed up A/C unit last month and didn't hesitate to call them in to check it all out for me, which they did as professionally, thoroughly, and quickly as the prior visit. Coincidentally, they were also called out to deal with a massive plumbing leak at the place where I work, and did an excellent job sorting that mess out as well. I would highly recommend these guys for any remediation work you need performed.

Tony Toups at ServPro of Orange County did a great job.  This work was performed at my vacation home, and it is very difficult to find and vet contractors from long-distance, so I rely on Angie's List to point me in the right direction.  I was very happy that I found Tony.
He was able to get out to the house right away and provide an estimate.  Originally he set up a work schedule that was going to go into the following week, but I explained that we had a guest arriving in our home that Saturday, so Tony made arrangements to get all of the work done within 3.5 days.
He removed all of the bad drywall from the ceiling, and then used an anti-microbial wash over the wood in the ceiling cavity.  Once he scrubbed the existing mold off, he placed some sort of heat fan in the ceiling and covered the hole with plastic, to dry out everything above the interior ceiling.  He came back the next day to scrub the wood again, and he let the heat fan continue drying the space.
The best part about the job was that he not only took care of the mold and dried out the space, he also had contractors who could then replace the sheetrock, plaster the ceiling to match the rest of the room, and then they painted the entire ceiling in that room so everything would match.
Tony said that their goal is to leave the work space so "it is like it never happened" and that is what they did in our home.  He also deals directly with the insurance companies, so that is a big help.
I was very happy with their work, and although I hope I don't need their services again, if I do I wouldn't hesitate to give Tony a call.

Servpro was courteous and respectful. They worked their schedule around me. I was unsure of the ozone treatment, but it definitely made a difference. I would use them again.

It could not have gone better. They wrote up a detailed estimate explaining the fees in fine detail. WE wanted to hire them 100% bc they are so professional and they answered every question we asked of them for a few weeks. Definitely hire them they are honest, reliable, courteous, kind and explain everything you will need to know to make a sound decision. We play on using them any time in our future. You would be lucky to have a company like this to help you with any of your needs. Thanks for Excellent advice that went above and beyond our expectations. Even when our landlord choose another company against our better judgement Servpro allowed us to call them anytime for advice which we did several times. We so appreciated this companies honestly and values.We appreciate all of you and would definitely use them again in any capacity we can think of. Everyone should hire them b/c their values are excellent and they are not out there just for the money they actually feel everyone should get a fair deal and their Honesty and integrity were the best of the best. Thanks again!!

They did a great job. They were quick, professional, and on time.

ServPro came out to assess the situation after a water leak from an upstairs unit caused damage to my condo. The supervisor and technicians were very professional and on time. They provided estimates for me and the insurance company, then scheduled the work to begin right away. Everything went as planned, even though it took several days to complete the work. Removing mold is a tricky process, requiring knowledgeable and experienced technicians. I recommend this team from ServPro (Landstreet Rd., Orlando, FL) and will call them if needed in the future.

Scott arrived, checked for moisture, removed baseboard, some drywall and insulation, positioned dryers and humidifier, sprayed something along bottom of wall, cleaned up everything, very courteous and friendly.

They did what they had to do, including cleaning the rugs. They did an excellent job. They came on time. They call you and tell you when they're coming.

Excellent. Servpro advised the crew would be out at a certain time. The crew was running late and we received a call advising as such. They were very professional.
