Server Intellect

I purchased this account online on a late Sunday evening. The setup process took about 5 minutes and received a email there after with information on how to start uploading my sites and creating emails. I am a novice so I proceeded to pick up the phone and make a call to the tech support line. The phone was answered on the 1 ring and key presses later I was speaking to a tech live on Sunday. They were clear and conscience and easy to understand. It was not an overseas answering center! I asked for some help on moving my website over and was surprised when the tech offered to move it over and even create our email accounts while on the phone. Everything took about 20 minutes to move over and setup. No problems since then and about a 3 days after my account was setup I received a phone call to make sure my services were working for my needs. Great company and awesome Customer Service Skills!

I've been using them for about 3 years. I had one minor incident, but they were to quick to remedy the situation. They are very prompt and punctual. They are knowledgeable and able to meet all your needs. They have their customers in mind and go above and beyond for them. They are very dependable and extremely responsive.
