These fellows were absolutely excellent. Their subcontractors were outstanding and were supervised for the major portions of the project. Since we were adding onto the master bedroom, they helped moved our things into another bedroom. If things went wrong, they fixed them. They were responsive, and they communicated well. It was as painless of a construction project as you can have. There was no fooling around with payments, as they told me when they needed money for construction draws, and payments were clear and exactly as put in the contract. They provided me with the lean releases for the subcontractors and had no problem giving them to me.
