We were very satisfied with the product, we were satisfied wit the door, we were satisfied with the price. Had a little trouble with the outside trim, but they made every attempt to come back and get that right, but even that didn't work out so great. I don't think it was a matter of willingness to make every effort to make it right, it just seemed to be a matter of workmanship ability. We don't have a serious complaint about it. At the risk of redundancy they tried, but it didn't come out completely right. In the process of trying to make it right, they sent out one guy who had a bad attitude, and I went ahead and talked to the management about it and whatever they did or didn't do. We called them, we had 3 or 4 people come out talk to us, and give us estimates. We didn't necessarily go with the cheapest, but we did go with them. We were well satisfied with the people who came out to give the estimate, and satisfied enough with the price, so we chose them. The disappointment was 2 fold, one was the trim work that was done on the outside of the garage, so I called, and they sent out the wrong guy out for me because he did not have a great attitude. He didn't end up doing the work and I called the management on it, and they sent out one of the guys who had come out earlier and one of the franchise managers came out to supervise the work. They tried to satisfy me, but I just wasn't satisfied, maybe I am just picky.

It took 5 different appointments to finally get them to come out. Although they did come out the first schedule time, the installer claimed he knew nothing about Genie products....however that same person came out to install the same product nearly one month later after first scheduling.  Interesting that he knew how to install it the second go around.  Tons of emails + phone calls in hours of trying to get them to install a garage door...sheesh!
the overall job was sub par as the installer claimed they couldn't hide the wires for some bogus reason, the wires were taped to the ceiling of the garage.

The frequency that they set the garage opener to opened the neighbor’s garage door.  The subcontractor who installed the opener quit Sears the next day and when I called him he indicated he no longer worked for Sear but would come out for a nominal fee to fix the opener.

I had a very good experience with them. They were clean, on-time and professional.  Scheduling was pretty flexible.
