The was our second time using Sealing Specialists, and they were once again superb in every way. We are very happy with the entire experience and the results.

Very good job. We have a huge area of pavers that needed treated as well as natural stone around the pool and summer kitchen . Everything turned out great.

Robbie is the Greatest! He and his worker worked so hard and stripped old sealant and color off old pavers. Then blended colors and sealed with tint. They look so much better! Thank you Robbie.

Overall they did a good job with the exception of not having someone subsequently return to clean the sand that covered my grill and bar area. This would have made the difference ensuring that the job was complete. They started at the agreed time and date and finished as stated. I would hire them again.

I read all the reviews on how great they were, so we opted to go with them. Originally I was happy; but 10 months after they sealed our pavers, the grout/sand turned green in areas, which I assume is algae. We called the company and asked them to come out and they told us it probably needed to be power washed, but would come out and look at it. They said they would power wash if that is what was needed. They never showed. I called several more times, as did my husband. Each time with promises to come out when they could and each time they did not. We did have the pavers power washed (by another company and paid for it), as Sealing Specialist told us to do, but it didn't really help to much. Now here I am left with a product that I am very unhappy with and a company who never bothered to respond to me.

Robbie was extremely professional and did an excellent job. The pavers look brand new. I would definitely recommend him.

My luck with paver sealing companies has been hit or miss (mostly miss). There always seems to be a problem that pops up whenever I have my driveway re-sealed, whether it's not showing up on time, shoddy work or causing damage to our home. I felt snakebit in this particular area of homeownership.
Then I found Robbie and his company Sealing Specialists. My paver driveway, walkway and front patio were in desperate need of attention. Because of my last awful experience with getting them re-sealed, I'd put off the next round about a year longer than I should've. Worse, it was right before Christmas and we were having our family over to our place for the holiday.
I called Robbie and one other company to give me an estimate on doing the job. Robbie was punctual, talked with me about his process and the products he uses to clean and re-seal pavers and best of all said he would take care of the pavers and cement sidewalk before the relatives arrived. It was a tight fit in his schedule, but he made it happen.
His estimate was not the lowest one I received, but I don't mind paying for good service and a job well done, and the other company I asked to quote the job was nowhere near as responsive as Robbie was, which was a bad sign in my mind. They gave me a lower estimate, but I opted to give the job to Robbie because of his excellent reviews here on Angie's List and his professional, "can-do" attitude.
He didn't disappoint me.
He and his crew came out when he said he would to do the job, and there was no dilly-dallying. And even though we have a large corner lot with a sidewalk that extends from the front of the house all the way around to the back yard, and a wide three-car driveway with pavers to the door and a front patio, Robbie finished the job when he said it would be done.
I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The pavers have a deep color that I've not seen on them since we bought the house, and the sidewalks are impeccably clean and bright. All the dirt, grime and mold that had adhered to both surfaces is gone.
You could do MUCH worse when hiring someone to pressure wash and re-seal your sidewalks and pavers. Believe me, I know because I've hired those other guys in the past. No more, because I'll be calling Robbie and Sealing Specialists again when it's time. They take pride in doing a great job for their customers.

Robbie did a fantastic job. He was friendly and very professional.  He  pressure washed, sand filled, and then sealed the pavers. The area looks great.  Next time I need something done, I will call them first.

AMAZING SERVICE! I cant think of when I was this happy with service from a vendor! These people were amazing. I needed my pavers pressure washed, sand refilled and then sealed. I received a quote the very next day after calling in my request. The price was fair and comparable to the other quote I already had. Robert was so responsive and helpful that I cancelled the 3rd quote I was getting and awarded the job to Robert. We scheduled a few weeks out (my choice) and he was on time, did a very professional job and my pool/patio looks better than when it was first installed! I highly recommend this company!

Robbie was great.  From the first time he came to the house to the last time we spoke, nothing but the best service. Extremely professional and knowledgeable.  My husband was impressed from the beginning.   He always called to touch base regarding scheduling because of the bad weather and always answered his phone when I called or called back immediately after I left a message.  I wish everyone I had do work at my home was this good.  I might have paid more than other people were quoting, but could tell he knew what he was talking about and it was worth the extra money.  Also, the pavers came out exactly the shine we were looking for (in our case, we didn't want shine).  Definitely top quality work and people.

We have a 15'x60' pool.  In early September we had pavers installed on the pool deck, approximately 700+ square feet.  The paver installation, per se, was good.  However, when the owner sealed the pavers on September 2nd it was 95+ degrees and he put down way too much sealer.  He grossly oversealed the pavers.  They looked great initially.  However, a couple of days later it rained.  The entire pool deck "milked-up" due to the pavers being oversealed - the sealer had not "cured."  And, it kept happening for the following two months, the owner of the paver company refused to accept the fact that they were oversealed and felt they would eventually cure. Never happened.  I've filed a complaint with the BBB and it's going to arbitration.  I can hardly wait. The photographs I have taken over the two month period will conclusively show what an unacceptable job it was.
Anyway, I went to Angie's List and found Sealing Specialists.  They had a great record on Angie's List and outstanding credentials/experience.  Experts - and that's what I was looking for.  My pavers had to be "stripped" in order to correct the oversealing problem, i.e., remove all the sealer.  It's a messy, difficult job and you definitely want the job to be done right.  Very few people are qualified to do the job right.  Sealing Specialist exceeded my expectation.
They charged a fair price and did a really superior job.  They kept the area clean even though the process was messy.  And, they got all the old sealer off!  They then resealed my pavers.  The pavers look absolutely great and they'll never milk-up.
Robbie and his co-worker obviously knew what they were doing, worked hard and did a fantastic job both on the stripping and the resealing.  They were punctual, professional and kept me informed of the process and what to expect next.  I am a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Florida and have an appreciation and expectation of work being done professionally and correctly.  You definitely want to hire Sealing Specials for any sealing related paver work you want done!

Guys arrived on time and did a professional job. Very happy with the results. There are a few missed small holes where sand did not get into but I did not notice these until some time after service was performed so I cannot hold this against them.

Great. Robbie would only do the job when there was no chance of rain as it could make marks on the patio. We appreciated his honesty. He also gave a better presentation while quoting the then the other estimators.

It went Very well.  They were punctual, professional and quality of work was great.  They communicated very well and let me know exactly what they were doing and why.  I will use them again.

better than we expected, they brought the original colors of the pavers. They started at 8:30AM and finished at 6:30PM. Normally there was a 2 man crew, but they finished up wit ha third man. The paver driveway really presents a nice view when you walk up the front of the house. I would hire these guys again.

They did an unbelievable job and it came out beautiful.

It was fine they did what they promised the only issues I had was that the sealer faded 6 months later and I had asked at the first appt. Months ago if he can switch out a paver that had a hole and they told me that when they were in the neighborhood again they would do it and even when they came back on the 5th it wasn't done

I set up a quote appointment through the website and my selected time was countered with an alternate time all via email.  Robbie arrived, assessed the work and provided a quote.  We set a date for a week later to perform the work.
On the date agreed Robbie and his team arrived, did the work quickly and effectively.  I examined the work, made the payment and all was great.  Our driveway looks fantastic 3 months later and we are still as pleased as we were the day the work was done.  I would highly recommend Sealing Specialists.

Robbie and party arrived promptly at 8:30 a.m. as promised and started working immediately.  They washed and cleaned and made sure that the areas were all prepped and cleaned thoroughly before applying the sealing (2 coats). I must say that I was very impressed with the finished look; beautiful with the true colors coming through. He also gave me additional information regarding maintenance and care for the pavers with a 2-yr warranty and a 5% senior discount. I would definitely hire him again.

SEALING SPECIALISTS came in and stripped the porch sealer. It was an messy job but Robbie, owner of Sealing Specialists, was prompt and did the job as promised.

I highly recommend Sealing Specialists and would hire them again.

Rubberdek originally was hired to sealed the porch, approx. 1300 SF. Rubberdek used a defective sealer which oxidized. Rubberdek refused to  honor their warranty even though it was known the sealer failed within the first month of installation.

The two young men were punctual and arrived exactly when expected. They removed all the mold from my pavers and did a wonderful job repairing pavers that had sunk into the dirt. They were efficient and filled in around all the pavers with new sand. There is no chemical smell to their sealing product and it dries quickly. They did an all round wonderful job.
