"Hello Mrs [Member Name Removed] Thank you for using Sams Express Moving and Delivery for your recent move. I am sorry this response is late but we have tried reaching out to you to get more information in getting resolution in this matter. We have called you several times and you have yet to return our calls. We take accusations of theft very seriously and we have not been given the opportunity to speaking to you regarding this matter. On this particular day we only moved what you wanted us to move and nothing else. All the furniture you moved was staged in the center of your house restricting access to any other parts of the house so logistically we never had access to the room in question. In other words there was zero possibility of this to have happened due to the way you designed and planned the move. In addition I was part of this crew and I know for a fact that there was never any access to any of the items described as supposedly stolen. I cannot, however, vouch for anyone else presence or actions in either house. Because of your lack of response to our calls and the fact that the alleged theft was not reported to local law enforcement, I can only assume the items in question were found and this matter to be closed. "Thank you for your feedback. In loading a truck with 3 movers it is pretty standard 2 men run household goods while the 3rd mover packs it. This would explain why you only saw 2 movers for the better part of the move. I would point out that your list from the initial estimate changed to include many more items including fixtures that had to be taken off the walls and some additional packing. It would have helped much more if you were there to give us some direction on the offload as opposed to a family member. You are correct in that we did put the desk together backwards and I do sincerely apologize for that but we did go back to rectify anything else you might have wanted to address but you were not there for that part either. Regardless we appreciate you taking the time to leave us the feedback we need to improve our services."
