The tile work was done unprofessional and I had to ask that they come out and fix it. Its still not perfect. The water heater started leaking and they refused to come and repair their work. I had to spend more money hiring another plumber to come fixed their mistake. The new plumber had to redo the whole installation because he didn't use new parts and reused the old parts. I supplied all the materials as well.
