Safelite Auto Glass came out a couple years ago and refused to install a windshield because of rust around the window, but soldx me the windshield, which subsequewntly turned out to be an inferior aftermarket windshield that did not fit and was made of thin, inferior glass. I wound up breaking it trying to install it. So I called Sunstate Auto Glass Wednesday and they special ordered a windshield and installed it Friday, which is an original equipment brand high quality Carlite windshield and also repaired a tear in my gasket for no extra charge.

Everything worked out well. Easy to make appointment, prompt advance call and arrival by technician, performed the work in our driveway, excellent work outcome. Paid by insurance.

They were on time and replaced the windshield quickly. A few days later, the A-pillar was leaking. They came out and tested, found it was not the windshield, but the sunroon drainage, and unclogged that at no charge, even though it was not their problem.

My insurance company (USAA) told me that Satellite was their preferred repair company in the Orlando area, and that the repair would be made without out of pocket cost to me. I contacted Satellite and they set an appointment for just a few days out (the windshield was intact, so no problem with any delays). I was please they had a replacement windshield for a 2004 car. Their service person showed up on time, in a nice clean uniform and clean labeled truck. He had the requisite replacement windshield with him, and through the use of some "magic" equipment he removed the old one and installed the new one by himself in my driveway. I would say the entire job took about 45 minutes.

Ricardo was great! He was prompt and professional. He repaired a small crack in my windshield in less than 30 minutes. The crack is barely visible now. I was very impressed with his services and would definitely hire Safelite again.

Work performed in home driveway. Replacement windshield had a small flaw in the glass, they came back and put in another one the following day. Older car, thought they would have difficulty finding the correct replacement, but service was quick and very well done.

Service Tech Ricardo was very professional and did a great job. Had a quarter size chip in windshield from pebble. Chip is now hardly noticeable. Realistically can't expect it to be invisible plus I know exactly where to look. Very pleased with performance of work done. With the lifetime warranty on repair, don't expect (hopefully) any other problems.

Work was performed well, at scheduled appointment time, and at Safelite's Florida Mall location. Safelite provided an incorrect address for its location. Address provided was on S. OBT, but the work was actually performed at Sears Automotive in Florida Mall.
