The equipment is the problem.  I have an issue with the panel for the unit as the volume is very low and it is almost impossible to hear especially when you are in another room.

They told me they were upgrading my monitor to a newer and better model.  It turned out to be so small you can't see it or read what is on the screen.  They told me they were expecting a new model out within the  next 6 months and it would be larger.  They would install this new larger one when it was available.  I have never heard from them about it and when I have called about it I was told they didn't know what I was talking about.   When I had problems with the monitor, they sent out a tech who couldn't fix the problem.  The next tech didn't even show up.    I would not recommend anyone doing business  with them.  There is more to tell but it would take several pages.
