They did not live up to what they told me. As of August 15th, they didn't even have the foundation in. I had spoke with the vice president who was giving alot of excuses as to why. They kept making promises that they would not keep. I finally got disgusted and walked away. I have since asked for my deposit to be returned and was simply told no. I should be entitled to my deposit back based on the broken promises of the representatives of their company. They only reason we signed the contract was based on the promise that we would be able to move in by September. If they would have told me the actual date the home would be ready by I would have never signed the contract because I needed somewhere to live. I am a disabled veteran and feel that that is a completely disrespectful way to treat a veteran.
Description of Work: I signed a contract for a home to be built. They told me I'd be able to move in by September, October at the latest. I put down a 12,000.00 deposit.
