RoofSoClean did a great job removing all the leaves, twigs and debris left by the hurricane from my aluminum back porch roof. Mr. Hershberger was polite, knowledgeable, efficient and reasonably priced. I will absolutely call him again the next time I need the roof cleaned and will consider him for other home maintenance type jobs.

Dale was on time, had a great attitude, and went to work right away. He was very professional, efficient, and friendly. We were very happy with the job he did on our driveway, walkway, sidewalk, small wall in front of our house, and back patio around the pool. We asked him if he could do additional work (on the same day) and he was very accommodating. The quote for the initial pressure cleaning services and the quote for the additional work was very fair and reasonable. His work ethic is hard to come by these days! We would definitely use his services again and recommend him to all our friends and family.

Dale did a great job cleaning our pool deck, screen enclosure, and driveway. He power washes and then sprays with a chemical cleaner. I have noticed that this keeps the mildew away much longer. He is very conscientious.

Very responsive and hard working. Sprays a great bleach solution on after the pressure wash so it keeps mildew off a long time. Second time using and we were able to go almost a year and a half between services. Does extras for you as kindnesses and was reasonably priced. Will use again!

Second time I ve had Dale s excellent service on my home. HOA was on my back for a roof cleaning. Called Dale and the next day he was on my roof doing his work. He uses chemical and low pressure water to clean shingle roofs so there s no danger of damage from a pressure washer. I bought my house almost two years ago and I ve never seen it with the roof that clean, it could pass almost for new. He also took care of my gutters and downspouts so my house should be all set for the rainy summer. Do not hesitate to hire Dale if you re in need of his work. He does a great job and he charges an excellent value for the results.

Dale was on the ball - from being responsive to scheduling an appointment for an estimate, to providing me with a timely estimate, for getting the job scheduled (pressure washing the driveway and backyard pavers) and for coming out to do the job. He spent all day at our home and took the utmost care to make sure the job was done well. I d definitely use him again and would not hesitate to highly recommend him to others!
