They're great at explaining things upfront but they were not good with the follow through. They said they would do one thing with the flashing and never did it. They said it wasn't part of the contract but it was. They never did come back and fix it. We continued to have a problem with leaking after the job was done. We had to end up tearing out the whole chimney and rebuilding it.

The roof seemed to be repaired but in fact was leaking slowly. Finally when the rainy season came this year we had a massive leak in the ceiling over the laundry in the same place supposedly repaired. I called Roof Master and they said that they would send someone out in two days to look at it. She called back and gave me the time of arrival. Time came and went and eventually called them to inquire as to the arrival and was told the person got hung up and should have called us. A couple of more hours passed and the indivudual came to the house and after inspecting the roof said that they now would need an additional $2450.00 to repair. I said that they charged me $925.00 eighteen months ago and now that the warranty was expired they wanted another $2450.00? What was my gurantee that their work would only be another patch that would last a year and then more money would be required? I called another company, A Larsson & Sons and he came right out, identified the problem, fixed it the same day, charged me $450.00 and the roof has not leaked since during very hard raind fall.

Salesperson was good at explaining contract and closing the deal. After that we never heard from him, even after I called and left voicemails several times. The waiting time was longer than expected due to weather. When the first crew showed up the foreman did not let the workers start because he did not like the way the dumpster was positioned. He refused to start and left. I called to their office and told them what happened and they sent out another crew 2 days later. They had no problems with the dumpster or the job. They worked very hard on a Saturday and returned on Monday to finish the job completely. Upon the county inspection, there was a minor thing that needed to be fixed and I did have to call several times to get it fixed. All in all they did a good job, but it was aggravating to have to play phone tag several weeks to get the end result.

I was pleased with the courtesy and rapid response to my roofing repairs. The workers, there were up 14 on the roof at a time, all but one spoke Spanish, and the one English speaker was not proficient. But we still managed to communicate decently. Estimates of the cost by both the insurance appraiser and roofing supervisor were way off the mark necessitating additional squares and a supplemental insurance submission. Fifteen percent of the roofing shingles applied did not match the others installed, causing a noticeable contrast in colors, and had to be later removed and replaced because they were the wrong product. After that was completed, the roofing shingles looked great. Contractor did not paint roofing vents properly, did not pick up all the nails very well, left roofing tar on drive way and did not do a good job cutting and laying the drip edge. I feel the expenses charged the insurance company were not reasonable. I still haven't received all required paperwork promised.

I had a terrible experience. Their price was high. They had to keep coming back.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT AND THE CLEANLINESS OF THE JOB SITE. I GOT 30 YEAR SHINGLES. THE WEATHER SHIELD WAS INSTALLED IN THE VALLEYS. THE OVERALL PRODUCT WAS HIGH QUALITY. THEY DIDN'T USE CHEAP PRODUCTS. WE GOT MORE THAN OUR MONEY'S WORTH.

OUR ROOF WAS DAMAGED DUE TO HURRICANE CHARLIE, GENE, AND FRANCIS. WE KNOW ROOFMASTER'S REPUTATION SO WE HAD TO WAIT LONGER IN ORDER FOR US TO HAVE THEM DO OUR ROOF, BUT IT WAS WORTH IT. THEY HAVE BEEN AROUND A WHILE, AND THEY HAVE A GOOD REPUTATION. WE WOULD RATHER WAIT TO GET SOMEONE WHO WE KNOW WOULD DO QUALITY WORK.

I HAVE NOT BEEN COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE FINISHED PRODUCT. THE LOOK IS NOT EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. I DON'T THINK THE SHINGLES WERE INSTALLED AS WELL AS THEY COULD HAVE BEEN. THEY DID NOT STAGGER THEM CONSISTENTLY. THE WORKERS WERE FINE. WHEN I HAD QUESTIONS, NO ONE SPOKE ENGLISH SO THERE WAS NO ONE ON THE PREMISES TO ASK QUESTIONS TO. IT WAS INCONVENIENT.

MY ROOF FAILED INSPECTIONS THREE TIMES. THEY DID NOT COME WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. THEY DIDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH. THE PANELS WERE DAMAGED. IT WAS A HASSLE TRYING TO GET THEM TO DO THE WORK AND COME OUT. THE SALESMAN WAS FINE. THEY WOULD SHOW UP UNEXPECTEDLY.

THEY WERE OVERPRICED. WHAT THEY DID WAS HIRE CHEAP LABOR, AND THEY MAKE A PROFIT FROM MOST OF THE MONEY. IT'S GOOD WORK THAT THEY DO AND THEY ARE PUNCTUAL, BUT I BET IF THEY GOT AUDITED THE INS WOULD SHUT THEM DOWN.

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL. THEY WERE ACCOMMODATING. THEY WERE EASY TO WORK WITH. THEY GOT RIGHT BACK TO ME. I HAD TO WAIT A WHILE TO DO A FEW THINGS, AND THEY WERE FINE WITH IT.

We contracted for the work in July 2004 and could not get the supplies to do the roof until the following year. The way we got the supplies was by calling around the area ourselves. We located the supplies and had to arrange shipment within the Roofmaster organization. They could not start work, becuase their truck broke down. Once work was started, it was done correctly. I felt that very little was done to try and get the supplies to be able to do the work that they contracted to do. They had enough work in the area and did not seem to care one way or another if they got this job. The promise date of starting the job was changed several times, as their truck broke down and needed to be repaired. The work was completed in one day.
