He knows the Orlando area from many years of experience and can arrange to show you any home on the market, regardless of whether it is through an agency or for sale by owner. He is kind, easy to be around and does not apply any pressure or need to hurry the process. His experience as an owner and manager of a small, beautiful apartment complex downtown and renovating investment properties is very helpful when looking at homes from the point of view of repairs or improvements. He will help you understand the process of buying a home, shopping for a mortgage and encourages you to take time to read and understand what you are signing. If you are in the market to buy a home, I recommend his services without hesitation.
Description of Work: I recently purchased a new home using the services of Edward Robinson of Robinson Realty Group. Edward acted as my real estate broker, guiding me from the beginning of understanding my needs and tastes in a home through negotiation on a price and closing.
