They were very professional, delivered everything on time, they did a really good job, and I would use them again in the future.

They did a fix and flip renovation for me. So far, he's renovated 3 or 4 houses for me in the Orlando. I vetted him heavily, and I couldn't be happier with the results of hiring him. I would absolutely recommend Alberto Rivera. The value for the money is really where Alberto shines. My only complaint, is that whenever I let him choose the colors, he chooses Brown.

He did not complete the job properly by returning the following day to remove the excess grout. Before the thin set was dry and soon after applying the tile and grout a small attempt was made by him to remove excess grout. The result is the grout line is thicker than 1/8 inch and is not a smooth uniform line. Very rippled and thick and bumpy. I was told after nearly 9 hours of work, that I would have to rub the grout off the tiles, the next day myself. Apparently he did not want to return and wanted to complete a 2-day job in one day, I recommend this issue be gotten in writing. On the other hand he was knowledgeable, on time, friendly, helpful and, fairly priced. I am a female senior citizen but I had previous experiences in other homes with how the job should be done.

Quality Service- prompt, and competitively priced. They provided the best bid, started a day later and finished the job in two days. They were courteous, very considerate (to the renter occupying the home) and cleaned up completely behind themselves. Definitely will be using them again and highly recommend.

Update to previous review. Mr. Rivera did not actually do the job he was suppose to do and took a short cut to fix the problem which it did not fix the issue leaving me with a damaged home. He was hired to replace the shower pan and then tile over it. Now that the issue has not been solved I attempted to reach out to him on several occasion to address the issue in which I have been ignore. He is not returning my calls or texts. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed because he made me believe the issue was fixed by calling the project shower pan tile. I would never use this contractor again and I attempted to give him a 2nd chance to correct his mistake but he rather ignore me. Do yourself a favor and do not hire riverbanks remodels or Alberto Rivera.

I really appreciated that the contractor was patient with me and answered all of my questions. He described everything very carefully and I watched as the employees went through each step as he described. They did not skip over any process or try to shortcut anything so I feel very confident that his repairs will last a long time. This company also does many other types of repairs and I am sure I will have them come out for another project. He was polite and the employees were on time and reliable.

They did a few different projects for me, and turned out great! Done in a timely manner, and I was very happy. Kept with budget as well, no surprises or hidden fees. Responsive and available.

He was curtious, had good comunication skills, and prompt.
