Employee background checks are performed on a national level, not state limited, by Ask The Seal enabling our customers to receive an emailed photo and background information of the technician being dispatched to their homes or place of business. Rinaldi's provides same day service and offers financing on replacements. Rinaldi's has also been a Home Depot Service Provider for nearly 10 years. Rinaldi's charges flat rate not an hourly charge for a complete diagnosis of your air conditioning system to provide you with a detailed repair recommendation. All repairs are guaranteed for one year. Our Peak Performance customers receive priority service at a discounted rate and two year warranty on all repairs. Rinaldi's Energy Solution Team includes a State Certified Energy Rater, LEED AP and BPI Certified Consultant on staff enabling Rinaldi's to offer a HERS, BPI or Energy Star Rating confirming the efficiency of your home. Rinaldi's is an EPA proctor and EPA Certified for Lead Safety, Renovation and Repair. Member of BBB with A+ Rating since 1983, Platinum Member of EOCC for 30 years, Lennox Premier Dealer for 10 years, Trane Comfort Specialist Dealer since 1982 and Amana A+ Dealer for 6 years. Description of Work: Rinaldi's provides semi-annual service for my Lennox air conditioning system which they installed about 3 years ago. Recently, they also replaced my old circuit breaker panel (as they also do electrical work). Service has always been prompt, professional and fairly priced.

Description of Work: This work was done under warranty. I have an extended warranty that has worked out well for me. The company honors it without question and does it in a friendly manner. I have had extended warranties where I have had to fight for service, but not Rinaldi's. They came and quickly performed the work necessary. I would recommend their services to anyone needing A/C service.

Description of Work: Tony installed a new heat pump hot water heater. He was careful and patient to answer all my questions. He showed me how to adjust it if we were away. Description of Work: Mr. Rinaldi came to my home and gave me his estimate for a complete AC system. The company was exceptionally quick to respond to my request and come out immediately - My AC system had completely broke. He was courteous and followed up the next day with phone inquiry.

Very positive experience.
Description of Work: I called several companies after coming to our newly purchased home at 5:15 pm to find that one zone of the air conditioning not functioning. Rinaldi was the only company to respond that evening! They scheduled to investigate the problem the next day. Their technician was very professional, arrived on time, and his diagnosis was consistent with notes left from the previous owner concerning a possible A/C problem. I will contact them to service the other units in the future.
