The reason why I give them a ?B? is because I spent a lot of money on a new air conditioner and I am still a little angry, because I wasn?t ready to spend $17,000 on an air conditioning unit. I felt like I was sort of manipulated into it, I don?t know. It was the first time I had brought a heat or air conditioner.
I brought the house in 2008, so in my mind the one that was in there was an upgraded one. Anyway, I thought it should have lasted a little longer, but who knows. I maintained it twice a year and then all of a sudden now they were telling me, "you know!" The other thing is when you live in Florida, it was Christmas and I had to do something. It kind of felt like I had repairmen out here that were trying to be sells people too. It kind of felt like I was being maneuvered. My husband said, ?just replace it!?
Normally their prices are, I think in the moderate to high range. They are not cheap. Just because I have used them forever, I just stick with them.
They worked with all the permitting, so if the inspectors were being quarky they came right out and fixed the issue.
They were good with being sure the job was done right and made minimal headache for me owners. Worked well with the other tradesmen on project.
