They did a great job. Taking in consideration we live inside the house. The job took 10 days in total.

Installed wood like ceramic tile floor throughout common areas of home (about 1200 sq feet). Installers Carlos and Manny did an awesome job, and cost was much better than the big box stores. Will definitely use again.

Terrible. VERY UNRELIABLE and liars. They cancelled the job several days before the job, after tile was purchased and tenant was lined up to move in upon completion. This contractor almost put a tenant homeless. The contractor admitted his crew took a higher paying job over our job. I caught him in a few lies during our exchange. I did not confront him with his lies. He put one price on the estimate, but when I went to the warehouse the price was 15% cheaper on the sticker price. At another job, they broke a window and they told that owner must of been someone else. They were the only contractors with access during the date it was broken. If you use them, get ready for a roller coaster of non-sense. They are car salesman with some tile knowledge.

Great place to purchase tile if you have your own installer.

Excellent customer service!
Since moving to central Florida and renovating my new house, I've dealt with my fair share of contractors/companies/re-modelers etc. . I must say that Rigo Tile far exceeded my expectations!
Their prices are fair and they provide excellent customer service along with a quality product. We had our garage tiled, we bought all of our own materials from Floor and Decor in Orlando but Rigo Tile carried the same and similar products for around the same pricing. Why Rigo Tile is better (in my opinion) than Floor and Decor is for two reasons:
1) Better customer service. The estimator they sent over was very knowledgeable and able to give us an estimate fairly quickly. He was also quick to point out what pieces were missing for a specific design that we wanted (we had previously purchased all of the materials from Floor and Decor but the Floor and Decor specialist got the calculations wrong and gave us the wrong product, it was a nightmare to order from them). The installers themselves were prompt and courteous. They went straight to work, and even though our floors were a bit crooked, they managed to tile and grout the entire area (approx. 500 sq. feet) in 3 days. The installer actually apologized for it taking so long (I thought it was actually really quick) and explained that because our floor was not level it would probably take a little bit longer than usual.
2) Quality products and service at affordable pricing. As we stated they had much of the same products as Floor and Decor for around the same pricing at Floor and Decor. Also, even though we bought our own materials (not from Rigo Tile), their tile installation prices were the lowest that we have encountered!
Another reason why I think they are a great choice is because they went above and beyond to help us out after a horrible experience with another contractor.
I am so happy to have finally found good, quality service in my new hometown! I would definitely recommend, in fact, I am in the process of contracting them to do some more work on my new home.
I wish I had found them sooner

First of all this company uses SUB-CONTRACTORS and they are not affiliated with the company.

When the installer first arrived he Immediately started to complain that there were certain areas that he could not get to, that he had too many cuts to make and that he suggested that we not install tile in the areas that he thought were too difficult to make cuts and install the tile.

I told him I paid for a whole bathroom tile and that included everything. That right away left me with a sour taste in my mouth

During the demolition the installer ruined my window, he put a large scratch on it and he right away said it wasn't his fault and would not hold himself responsible for the damage that it was the company's responsibility but the company Rigo Tile would not hold themselves responsible either since the installer did not work for the company.

The installer asked me what type of grout he should use on the floor and what type he needed for the walls. If he was a good tile professional he would know this. But he had to call another person and ask because he did not know. The installer left a mess all over my back yard and patio, he did try to clean it up but after everything dried there was dust and debris everywhere. I have to presure was the area in order to clean up the mess he left behind.

The company Rigo Tile said they would remove all garbage and this was not the case. The installer took my garbage cans and filled them up with debris and would not haul away the garbage as I was promised. The installer said to me that it was not his job to remove or haul away any garbage.

After all the work was completed, and the installer left I noticed that there were some areas that there was grout missing, the shower stall would puddle up and not drain correctly, I called the company multiple times and eventually the owner came out to my home to view what needed to be repaired, he even said that he would fix the shower stall and that they would send me a person within the week. The next day I called them, they told me that they were coming in one week's time.

On the date they told me, no body showed up. I called them and they had a dumb excuse that the installer did not show up.

I called later that afternoon and asked them when they were going to send someone and they would not say, they kept giving me the run around. Since that date it's been a week and no one has called me to send the installer to repair the unusable shower stall.

This company is horrible at communicating with you, I don't trust them and I will never do business with them again.
Response from Rigo Tile Warehouse

"Embarassingly true. This was an unfortuante case that fell through the cracks the. The sub Contractor used in this job had represented itself as experienced in tile installation and while waiting on their references, this job came up and it proved beyond their cababilities. Coordination and follow up was also lacking. We have taken the opportunity to use this as a case study to improve all these areas and have since received positive comments for our service. Have to take this in the chin and learn from it as we transition to a new era of doing business, becoming proactive in our procedures in order to anticipate customer specific needs and be more responsive to their claims. We have since restructured our Customer Service Communication protocol, following up every installation with a quality control interview and replying to any repair claim within a week time, We have also established a schedule of training events for the sub contractors conducted by the different suppliers we purchase from in order to be on the forefront of the new installation techniques and the particular requirements of new products."
