He is very reliable. When he tells you something it is true. He is bi-lingual, which helps me. He did a free estimate. He is the type of the guy when he says something, he will do it.

He allowed us to keep part of old system with the understanding that the old part was not likely to remain operational. He honored our wish to keep costs down. When we did have to replace the second old part, he came out right away to do so. He is very professional, expedient and a pleasure to have at the house. I HIGHLY recommend his honest, reasonably priced and friendly service.
