RG&S Home Inspection

Kyle was extremely professional and very easy to work with. He was very responsive and followed through with everything he said and promised. He was was very patient with me, answering all my questions. Kyle was extremely thorough and took the time to review blueprints carfully and check that the framing was installed according to every detail of the plans. He was able to find every framing error that was missed by the builder and county inspectors. I am grateful that Kyle found these problems so I could get the builder to correct them. I highly recommend RG&S and Kyle for your home inspection needs. Great job, I will use again, and thank you!

Kyle did the inspection for a new construction house. Communicating with him was very easy (by email, phone and text!). The construction company required the inspector to meet certain criteria and sign a contract. Kyle was understanding and provided all the required documents and signed the contract. Scheduling the inspection date/time was easy.

On the date of the inspection, he showed up on time. He started working right away. He was very professional and came prepared. He was very thorough. He tested everything that I could think of and more. He also got on the roof to inspect it. At the end of his inspection, he took the time to walk me quickly through all the problems he had noticed and answered all my questions.
It took him about 2:30 hours to inspect our 2400 sqft house.

He delivered his report by email on the same day (10-12 hours after our appointment). His report was detailed and organized and full of pictures (and evidence).

I am glad I hired him and I would recommend him to anyone.

Kyle came out to inspect a new home purchase I was making. He was very professional and answered any questions I had including some obscure ones like "Whats that giant fan connected to the attic for?". Turns out it was a whole house fan and he was even able to explain the benefits and when/how to use it.
Kyle was also very prompt with his phone calls. He has always picked up the phone when I called or was able to call me back within a few hours.
wood destroying organisms contractor that Kyle brought in was also amazing. He gave me all sorts of hints and advice that I will definitely be using,

Great value for the inspection that was done. The inspector was very thorough and seem to have experience in what to look for in a new home construction. Some of the things found during the inspection took the construction manager by surprise. He even commented that the inspector was very thorough. 
I couldn't get the inspector to do my final inspection because he was going on vacation. Which is understandable, and he deserved a vacation. He stated that someone else would contact me to try and do the final inspection, so I was a little disappointed when no one contacted me for that.
But I still highly recommend this inspection company for their professionalism, expertise, and value. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Rob came out to do the pre-drywall inspection on our new construction home.  Checked everything and found a few items the builder had to correct.  Checked everything from foundation to roof trusses.  Also answered my questions during the process.
Kyle came out for the final inspection a few days before we closed.  He was super nice and provided some valuable feedback while answering my questions.  I consider myself to be very 'meticulous' when it comes to finding small flaws in a house, but he actually found more than I did.  He tested everything (windows, electric, plumbing, HVAC, etc).
Would absolutely use again and recommend getting an inspection from these guys if building a new house (or even existing home).
