The tech did not listen to me when I told him what was wrong. He believed it was other issues and tried to sell me support to fix it.  Turned out I was right.  Could have saved time if he would have listened.

I went in after I thought my computer had died. The staff up front was very friendly and I was a little unsure at first as she did not seem to be a person who fixes computers. After telling my side of the story a computer tech came out of the back and was able to tell me what was wrong in a matter of minutes! I was shocked as a big box retailer told me it was gone for good. It ended up being bad ram and so they replaced it on site and my computer was alive once more! I will use again and would recommend to everyone.
