Everything was excellent. Tom answers phone calls personally - calls rarely even go to voicemail. He comes on time, charges fairly, and is friendly and professional. He does excellent work. I've used him twice and never had to call him back for problems. He's now programmed into my phone.

We trust Tom as he does a good job. I know that I can leave my house and let him work and nothing will be damaged or missing. He is very trustworthy. We have had him do some other plumbing jobs in the past. He is always on time and cleans up nicely before he leaves.
