Brennan and his team arrived on time as scheduled. Work was completed within a day and was excellent. System looks and works great. I have used Brennan for many years now and he always provides first rate work quickly and efficiently. His pricing is reasonable.

I cannot say enough good things about Brennan, the owner of Renaissance Air. One of our ac units was not cooling properly. I called a large company and received a quote that was expensive enough that I needed a second opinion. Another large company came out, and the quote was equally costly, but for a different problem! I was in a quandary, and consulted Angie's List, Yelp, and Google. I finally decided on Renaissance Air, mainly because it had great reviews and was a small company. Brennan came out the same day I called, diagnosed the problem (it was similar to one of the previous diagnoses, but not as extensive), and repaired our ac for a much more reasonable price. He took the time to explain the problem and the process to me as well. We were so relieved to NOT replace and expensive part for a low refrigerant level! Our entire home is cool and I will only call Renaissance Air for ac problems from now on.

I don't write reviews... But Brennan deserves this one.  He was prompt, professional, and went the extra mile by not only finding and fixing the problem, but repairing some shoddy work done by a previous contractor.  Price was great, communications were clear.  Really couldn't ask for more.

The installation was the best experience that I have had with a major installation of any kind in my 40 years. Brennan told me exactly what would be done and he then did everything he said he was going to do. He is a craftsman that takes real pride in his work. Everything was professional. The follow up visit exceeded expectations and the warranty matched all competitors. What really sold me was that he this is a small company with a solid reputation. He did not send a salesman. The same person that made the quote was the same person that installed the units. There was no bait and switch. There was no salesman promising the world and then God knows who shows up to do the install. I highly recommend this company. I could have beat the price, but only for a lesser unit. Brennan made sure that I was (qualified) stacked with rebates and tax credits. The real cost of the unit and install was around $4,200 after rebates and credits. The unit is also saving me between $50 - $75/month over the old clunker that I had.

I have used Brennan for my HVAC needs for 7 years. He had previously done HVAC system repairs and replacements in my home and my business. This was in my wife's business. This was an unusual HVAC system that heats the water used in the store via the outflow from the Air Conditioning system, but he was well versed in taking care of this setup. As always, he gave me repair and replacement options for our systems but the energy payback for these projected repairs is critical. Always excellent, honest work from Brennan!!
